"There is no need, this is more than enough." Matthew was thoroughly convinced. With such an amount of money currently in the account, it was definitely enough to be able to acquire the coffee shop.
And if there was money present in another account, that could only act as a guarantee, but it did not even need to be shown, considering that the amount that Sean currently had was enough to be able to seal the deal. The only thing that remained was for the owner to agree.
But coincidentally, the owner of the coffee shop had been thinking about relocating, starting a new coffee shop in a different city. It was just that he was a little reluctant to sell the coffee shop, thinking that he might be shortchanged.
But now that someone had come over, with the intentions of making a purchase, it would be better. That was of course unless this young man already knew in advance that the owner of the coffee shop had the intentions of selling it.

But, Sean was not really sure if he bought something at a higher price would lead to any effect on the additional reward that he would receive. So, he decided that he was going to try as much as possible to acquire this coffee shop at the lowest price possible.
"So, when can we meet? The earlier the better, especially if we can complete everything on this particular day." Sean asked.
Matthew was slightly startled upon hearing that. He had not anticipated that Sean had the intentions of acquiring the shop today. He thought that Sean only had come forward to lay his intentions known, and they could discuss other things later on.
But from the looks of it, it was clear that Sean wanted to purchase the coffee shop as soon as possible. Maybe there was an emergency, but regardless, Matthew nodded, and excused himself to go and make a call.
Sean waited as Matthew made a call, obviously calling the owner. And a little while later, Matthew came back, informing Sean that the owner had already agreed to the meeting.
They would meet here, but currently, the owner was caught up in something else, and they could only meet about 3 hours later. And since that was the case, Sean decided not to waste any more time, and decided to head straight to the hotel where he had dined the previous day.
Matthew watched as Sean departed, feeling a little curious about the background of this young man. Despite him having such an amount of money, why was he taking a taxi, and dressed so simply?
Regardless, he just hope that things would work out, and that his boss would succeed. As long as this deal went through, they could relocate to another city.
Sean did not know about the thoughts that Matthew was having. At this moment, he was seated on the back seat on the cab, heading straight towards Sunnylane hotel.
Immediately after making the payment, he received a prompt from the system.

The moment that Sean went through the doors of the hotel, he was received by the receptionist. When the female reception is too had served him the previous day saw him, she could not help but be a little surprised.
Initially, she had thought that Sean was only giving an excuse, and was actually frightened away by the price of the dishes in the hotel. But seeing him returning, her impression of him changed.
"Welcome again, sir." She said with a warm smile.
Sean nodded in response before asking, "I would like to go to the second floor this time. Do I need to do the booking here, or the payment for the private room will be together with the bill of the food?"
"You can decide on that. You can decide to make the payment necessary before taking the private room, or you can do that during the time that you will be ready to leave." The lady responded.
"Okay. I will make the payment immediately after I am done dining." Sean responded.
Sean then headed straight towards the elevator, heading straight to the second floor. The moment that he got out of the elevator, he realized that the layout of the second floor was completely different from the first floor.
The second floor was divided into several rooms, and in front of the elevator entrance was a corridor, with doors on each side. The corridor was quite wide, being capable of accommodating at least five men standing side by side.
"Welcome sir. Would you like to book a private room, or do you have any reservations?" At a desk that was located not for away from the elevator, a young lady asked.
"I would like to book a room." Sean responded.
He then went ahead and provided the necessary information, including the name, identification number and phone number. After that, a waiter came over and led him to a private room that was assigned to him.
The room was located on his left, at the very end. The layout of each private room was similar on this floor, with no difference between them. The price for the private rooms was also the same.
The only thing that differentiated them was the meal, the bill that someone would have to pay would depend on the meal taken.
"What would you like me to get you, sir?" The waiter asked politely.
Sean looked at the menu that was provided to him, going through the dishes listed. The most expensive dish was one that cost $278.
After thinking for a while, Sean decided to order different types of dishes, even though it was still morning.
After the meal that he had taken the previous day here, he did not eat back at home. So, he was currently slightly hungry.
Not willing to risk anything, he asked for the most expensive food, which was luxury mushroom and specially prepared risotto. It was a specialty of this hotel, prepared in a different way as compared to the method that was in the information that was provided by the system in the basic chef skill.
In total, in the private room, after her about 2 hours, Sean had spent a total of $572 on food. It was not that Sean did not want to spend more, it was just that he received a prompt from the system once again, informing him not to exploit the system, by making unnecessary investments.
From this, Sean believed that as long as he was not hungry, any money that was spent on the food would not receive a rebate from the system.

So basically, $30 was to book the private room for an entire day. Well, Sean had done that intentionally, despite the price of booking the private room for 2 hours being only $5.
The reason for the low price was simply because the quality of the private rooms on the second floor was way lower as compared to those on the consecutive floors.
With $15,262 in his account, Sean walked out of the hotel. There was no need for him to continue being there, considering that there was nothing that he was going to earn. Instead, it would be better for him to find somewhere else that he could spend the money, to earn more.
After getting out of the hotel, considering that there was only slightly less than an hour remaining till the time of the meeting with the coffee shop owner, Sean decided not to take a taxi, but instead, use this chance and see if there was somewhere that he could invest and get the money in return.
It was just that Sean was not really sure if investing in a business would lead to a direct rebate, or he would need to earn something from the business first. After all, for the food, he had to eat first before there was a rebate.
As he was walking down the streets, he came by a fitness gym. Looking at it, Sean was suddenly tempted. According to the information that was provided by the system, any investment that was made would receive a 10 times rebate.
And of course, the investment did not just involve money, but it could also involve other things.
Suddenly, a bold thought appeared in Sean's mind, what would happen if he spent quite some time in the gym? The moment that he thought about this, he walked into the gym.
