That said. Of course, as you might expect, being a Great Grandmaster veteran reader of this novel 🤭✨🔥, things were... not that simple.
Sally sighs as she takes off her aesthetic black 'Allie' glasses after yet another seemingly perfect, normal day enjoying her normal University and Student Life… She feels... mostly, happy. And yes, of course, a large reason for these sweet sensations were, she had to admit, because of 'That Guy', Bob!
For one thing. As usual, He had sent her a sweet good morning message ✨💖🌻🤭💫 (which of course she had replied to with a lot of emojis 💖✨🌻💫 as was her usual custom as Allie) and Bob had helped her with research on some Assignments and Study resources, and even waited for her to accompany her for lunch, with her favourite Iced Tea in hand, just the way she liked it 🤭✨…
And yet. It is precisely for this reason - how clearly she can see that Bob actually cares, and is such a… Dream, that Sally is feeling, increasingly, in two minds…!
One part of her, as Allie, truly did enjoy her relationship with Bob, their shared daily moments, as they began to increasingly build their connection, surprising each other with things they had thoughtfully remembered that the other liked, chatting, challenging, inspiring each other through their increasingly close and intimate interactions, the little things, like waiting for each other and walking together to classes, enjoying shared times, where days and hours would melt by, feeling like mere seconds and fleeting moments of joy and cherished warmth…
It… was… real. No question about it. No one was perfect obviously, and Bob clearly wasn't fully OP… but at the same time, that was also what made him feel somehow even more human and real…
And yet. At the same time, another part of her of course also wanted Bob to know the full Truth - that she Allie, was actually Sally…!!!
Sally knew it was a perverse paradox, a delicious duality, an insane irony, no doubt shamelessly conjured up by Author in a monumental moment of madness to maximise melodrama, but even despite being the FL, and being OP too… it seemed like there was nothing she could do…!!!!
In short. Sally wanted Bob to know the Truth, and she knew deep down that she would - she had to surely...? - eventually tell him... But more than that...
She, Sally, deep down, truly wanted Bob to see and appreciate her true essence as *herself* without the trappings of her Queenly Iconic Status as Sally - which her undercover identity as Allie allowed for... But at the same time, she also wanted Bob to be okay with the fact that the girl that he knew as Allie - was also actually Sally…!!!!
Therein lay the problem. First of all, Sally wasn't sure how Bob might take it - perhaps he might feel surprised or misled that she hadn't revealed to him the full truth from the beginning… ok fine, after his True Multiple Projection TMP Reveal [in Chapters 135-141], Sally now realised that Bob clearly wasn't - only - an ordinary guy, and there was actually *a chance* he would be okay with it...!
But the second significant thing was that revealing herself as Sally would definitely change the whole dynamic of her relationship with Bob, and she would also potentially have to be prepared to lose her entire wonderful 'normal' life that she had, with such difficulty, created and currently enjoyed as Allie…
That's right! Even if Bob claimed to be, and was okay with it, Sally knew that if she revealed that Allie was in fact Sally, there was a high chance that she could never go back to these blissful days of just enjoying a 'normal' University life... Her sweet daily life with Bob, the messages, the blissful innocence, her relationships with her friends and her studies… all of it likely would be gone, swept away by the halo, the sheer Aura, and *difference* that came with the expectations and privileges she possessed as Ice Queen Sally, a Global Celebrity and Icon… Not to mention, potentially giving Bob that pressure and burden to keep her secret just so she could live out her own undercover fantasy seemed… unfair…
(But then again, it seemed like Bob's TMPs were also living out their own lives too…!?)
...W-What should she do…?!
