Of course the Secret Island wasn't actually called "Secret Island", but for the purposes of the story, we would just refer to it as such, allowing everyone to just imagine wherever they like and also future proofing the location for easier adaptation…
And so, when Jill had screamed "Secret Island!!!" in the middle of her slap and tickle with Hugo, a few things had happened.
First of all, a few things hadn't happened, the first thing being that regardless of how Jill slapped, petted and tickled Hugo's hotdog, there was no sauce.
No matter how she booted and rebooted his system, the facts of reality didn't change - there, at the moment, was simply no way to convert his 'software' into 'hardware'…
Hugo, to his credit, took the humiliation heroically, and whilst the Aphrodisiac of Unlimited Potency Arc was not yet upon us, nevertheless he still perked up (though sadly not in the way he wished) once he heard of the Secret Island and the chance to make Jill's dreams of hot babies reality!!!

"Bruh… don't you think… that she's just… using you?!?! Y'know, so she can fulfill her dream of having hot babies?!" His mate Quest Chun mentioned afterwards when they were chatting in the pub chowing down their steak and chips.
"T-there's not much of me to use though…" Hugo said calmly. He was beginning to return to his original Rizzmaster roots, leading for him to start developing traits like calmness even when it was totally unwarranted.
Immediately, he began to make plans.
Jill would have her hot babies - he vowed.

Meanwhile, of course, the Dark Rizzards also received Intel regarding the EVP breakthrough from Hugo.
At the same time, since Hugo was now also a double agent for Bob, he informed Bob about the details and also the fact that the Dark Rizzards would be after the EVP Blueprints.
The Dark Rizzards would surely find out about the EVP sooner or later, so it would be better to let them think that they succeeded rather than continue to be nuisances in the background.
Bob had found out about the EVP and the Secret Island from his "Valentine" persona and also because being the MC, Author basically had to make him part of the arc so he had to do something. MC status wasn't for free after all…
Bob accordingly knew that he would have to warn Sally (as Valentine) that people were after the Technology and to keep it safe if she could, whilst at the same time aiming to protect the EVP technology Blueprints from falling into the wrong hands…
