"Of course," Richard affirmed.
"I already possess a pair, and this Rinnegan would merely serve as a souvenir in my possession. I have no intent to transplant it."
"More importantly, I prefer my silver Rinnegan."

For Richard, with his Kryptonian physique, this saying proved excessively simplistic.
Even without the superhuman constitution granted by the Superboy-Prime template, he could easily outlast Yugao in intimate encounters using abilities from the Sephiroth and Vergil templates.

Hearing his request, Tsunade and Shizune simultaneously displayed surprise.
Is he serious?
Does he truly understand what he's proposing?
Several questions simultaneously crossed Tsunade and Shizune's minds.
After a brief pause, Tsunade responded: "If you merely wish Rinnegan transplantation for Yugao, many medical ninja could perform this procedure."
"You could proceed directly to the hospital with both Yugao and the Rinnegan, without specifically requiring my involvement."
As Tsunade finished speaking, Richard immediately replied.
"I understand what you're saying, Tsunade-sama, but I still hope you'll personally handle this."
"As the preeminent medical ninja, your direct involvement would provide greater reassurance."
Richard regarded Tsunade earnestly.
Hearing Richard address her respectfully as "Tsunade-sama" again, Tsunade's expression softened with satisfaction.
Then, Tsunade spoke slowly, her tone laced with pointed sarcasm. "Helping you isn't off the table… but someone recently reminded me how important it is to honor cooperation in good faith."
"Including this one, I still owe you three favors," Richard replied plainly, picking up on her meaning without hesitation.
"Alright then, we have a deal," Tsunade said, closing the discussion with finality. She turned toward her assistant. "Shizune, prioritize the incoming files first."
With that, she walked over to Richard and Yugao. "You two—come with me."
Richard and Yugao nodded, accompanying Tsunade as she left the Hokage's office.
Rather than leading them to Konoha's hospital, Tsunade directed them to a medical room within the administrative building.
Upon entering, Tsunade instructed: "Give me the Rinnegan and lie down on the bed."
Without hesitation, Richard immediately retrieved the specimen jar containing the Rinnegan from his system space and presented it to Tsunade.
Meanwhile, Yugao approached the operating table and reclined.
Tsunade took the specimen jar from Richard, lifting it for a closer look. Her gaze lingered on the Rinnegan suspended within before she spoke.
"I suggest you wait outside. Not everyone handles surgery well."
"I'll be fine," Richard replied with a faint smile. "I've seen worse. My tolerance is more than enough."
He wasn't a doctor, but human anatomy was far from unfamiliar territory. Surgical scenes didn't faze him.
Tsunade gave a small shrug. "Suit yourself. I've done my part and warned you."
Her eyes shifted back to the specimen. "This is the right eye, correct?"
"Yes," Richard confirmed with a nod. "It's the right eye."
Tsunade gave a curt nod and stepped toward Yugao, her expression composed.
"First, I'll use the Mystical Palm Technique to disrupt your chakra flow and render you unconscious. Then, I'll proceed with the extraction of your right eye using the Chakra Scalpel, and transplant the Rinnegan in its place."
She lifted the specimen jar slightly. "Your original eye will be preserved in here. Consider it a keepsake."
Without waiting for further questions, Tsunade began. Chakra gathered at her palms as she activated the Mystical Palm Technique, placing her hands gently on Yugao.
The Mystical Palm Technique was a highly advanced medical ninjutsu. Through precise chakra control, it allowed rapid healing of internal and external injuries by stimulating cell regeneration and tissue repair.
Though not considered a secret technique, mastering it required exceptional chakra control and anatomical knowledge. Even among Konoha's medical corps, only a handful of medics had perfected its use.

She then removed the Rinnegan from the specimen jar and transplanted it into Yugao's right eye socket.
Tsunade completed the entire Rinnegan transplantation in less than thirty seconds.
Moreover, only minimal blood escaped from Yugao's right eye socket, which appeared virtually unchanged from before the procedure.
After finishing, Tsunade retrieved gauze from beside the operating table and gently wiped away the few drops of blood.
"It's complete," Tsunade announced, turning toward Richard.
"Thank you for your assistance," Richard replied.
"It's nothing troublesome—merely a minor procedure," Tsunade remarked casually.
While speaking, she employed the Mystical Palm Technique again to restore Yugao's chakra flow to normal functioning.
Soon, Yugao regained consciousness.
Upon awakening, she immediately noticed significantly enhanced vision in her right eye.
Not only could she perceive details with greater clarity, but her overall visual capability had substantially increased.
More importantly, she sensed chakra continuously emanating from the Rinnegan.
"You'll experience some initial discomfort, as these aren't the eyes you were born with," Tsunade explained to Yugao.
"However, after a few days of adjustment, you should adapt completely."
"Thank you, Tsunade-sama!" Yugao quickly responded.
"No thanks necessary. If you wish to express gratitude, direct it toward him," Tsunade indicated Richard.
Before Yugao could continue, Tsunade added: "I have numerous official documents awaiting my attention, so I must return."
"If you have further questions, feel free to consult me."
With that, Tsunade departed the medical room, returning to the Hokage's office.
Watching Tsunade leave, Richard and Yugao also exited the medical room, proceeding toward their residence.
During their return journey, Richard briefly outlined the Rinnegan's abilities to Yugao, along with necessary precautions.
Additionally, he discussed his intention to conduct physical enhancement experiments on her.
Naturally, he employed euphemistic language, avoiding direct references to "body modification" and instead discussing plans to enhance her constitution and chakra reserves.
Though not fully comprehending Richard's intentions, Yugao didn't overthink the matter, immediately agreeing to his proposal.
Upon reaching home, Richard wasted no time, immediately escorting Yugao to the guest bedroom. He had her lie down, then thoroughly examined her physical condition.
After assessing Yugao with his enhanced vision and magical abilities, Richard advised: "You should focus on adapting to the Rinnegan over the coming days. Once you've adjusted, I'll help strengthen your physical constitution and chakra."
"Understood," Yugao promptly nodded.
"Rest now. I'll visit the study to formulate an enhancement plan."
With that, Richard left the second bedroom, proceeding to his study.
Following his recent examination, he confirmed that he could replicate the physical enhancement procedures previously performed on Black Widow Natasha and Sharon Carter.
His sole uncertainty involved which superpower Yugao might awaken.
However, this presented no significant complication.
If Yugao's initial superpower proved unsuitable, adjustments could be made.
With sufficient patience and adequate Compound V, Yugao would inevitably awaken an ability both appropriate and formidable.
Three days after Yugao's Rinnegan transplantation, Richard commenced physical enhancement experiments.
Though the residence previously lacked laboratory facilities, he successfully converted a guest bedroom into a functional laboratory within those three days.
Regarding laboratory equipment, he purposefully acquired these from Tsunade—specifically, purchasing them from Konoha Hospital with Tsunade's authorization.
When Yugao, having removed all clothing, reclined on the operating table, Richard drew a deep breath, channeled his magical energy, extracted Compound V from his system space, and administered it to Yugao.
Then, using his enhanced vision, he meticulously observed Compound V's effects on Yugao, employing magical energy to guide and regulate the compound's impact.
Time passed steadily.
Five days elapsed without notice.
Similar to his women in the zombie universe, Yugao didn't immediately manifest ideal superpowers.
The initially awakened abilities didn't satisfy Richard's criteria.
After seven "adjustments," Yugao finally awakened powers meeting Richard's requirements.
Super healing factor!
The ability Yugao manifested wasn't particularly rare, but rather the relatively common super healing factor.
Though not unique, her version of this ability far exceeded standard healing capabilities.
More descriptively, her healing factor matched or surpassed Wolverine Logan's.
