With Haru

Without wasting a moment, Haru hurried back to the hospital and entered Yukina's treatment room.

Upon entering Yukina's treatment room, Haru cast a quick glance at Yukina, who was still unconscious, and commanded, 'Yuriko, bring me this girl's patient report.'

Upon hearing Haru's voice, Yuriko stood up respectfully and said, 'Ma'am, there is no written report available yet, but I can offer an oral report if you wish.'

After hearing Yuriko's reply, Haru nodded, signaling Yuriko to begin briefing her on Yukina's condition.

After Haru finished listening to Yuriko's report, she smiled gracefully, glanced at Izawa, and said, 'Izawa, you've improved a lot. Great job.'

Izawa blushed when he heard Haru complimenting him, his eyes widening slightly as a hint of a shy smile tugged at the corners of his lips.

Haru then stepped forward and said, 'We don't need to accelerate this girl's healing. She's quite young for that, so we'll focus on healing one injury at a time.'

"Am I clear?"

Izawa and Yuriko nodded upon hearing Haru's order and replied respectfully, 'Yes, ma'am.'

Izawa and Yuriko began treating Yukina's injuries exactly as Haru had instructed, with Haru observing them closely and stepping in only when necessary.

_______

With the Mizukage

The Mizukage, the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, and the ANBU squads arrived outside the Yuki Clan compound.

The gate guards of the Yuki clan were taken aback when they saw the Mizukage approaching with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen and the ANBU squads.

When the Mizukage stepped forward, the gate guards quickly bowed in respect. One of them, an average-looking guard, then asked the Mizukage.

"How may we be of service, Lord Mizukage?"

The Mizukage's expression remained neutral, but inwardly, he seethed with rage. He turned to the gate guards and ordered, 'Call Yukitaro. I have something important to discuss with him.'

The gate guards nodded respectfully to the Mizukage, and one of them promptly entered the compound to inform Yukitaro of his arrival.

______

With Yukitaro

In the Yuki clan meeting room

Yukitaro sat before the five elders of the Yuki clan, engaged in a serious conversation. The atmosphere was tense, and grim expressions shadowed every face.

"BAAM."

Suddenly, a muscular elder slammed his palm hard on the table, his voice grim and filled with frustration. "What do we do now, Yukitaro? That girl is still alive—our intel from the hospital confirms it. And we can't send assassins after her now… not with that damn Fuguki just arriving in the village."

"If word gets out that we leaked village secrets to Iwa—and that we spread information about that slut—the Mizukage will have our heads."

The muscular elder had a fierce, intimidating face with sharp eyebrows, piercing black eyes, and long black hair that fell to his shoulders.

The elder wore a light blue kimono with the Yuki clan's emblem emblazoned on the back.

Yukitaro nodded grimly at the elder's words, while the remaining elders sat in fearful silence, dreading the possibility that the Mizukage might uncover their act of betrayal.

"KNOCK, KNOCK."

Without warning, a sharp knock echoed through the room, drawing Yukitaro and the elders' attention to the door.

Yukitaro fixed his cold gaze on the door, his gruff voice cutting through the tense silence. "ENTER."

The gate guard opened the door and stepped forward. Bowing respectfully to Yukitaro, he said, "Clan Head Mizukage-sama requests your presence; he awaits you outside the compound."

After hearing the gate guard's words, Yukitaro and the elders narrowed their eyes. The elders then exchanged worried glances before turning their gaze to Yukitaro.

Yukitaro's mind raced with countless ideas, each flickering briefly before slipping away—none strong enough to solve the dilemma that weighed heavily on him. Despite his efforts, a clear path forward remained frustratingly out of reach.

He then glanced at the gate guard and asked, "Did Lord Mizukage arrive alone or accompanied by his ANBU?"

After hearing Yukitaro's question, the gate guard answered him truthfully.

"Lord Mizukage is not alone, Yukitaro-sama; he has arrived accompanied by all his ANBU squads as well as the seven ninja swordsmen."

When Yukitaro and the elders heard this, a shadow fell over their faces—grim, unyielding. Yukitaro's eyes darkened as he fixed his gaze on the gate guard. His voice, cold and resolute, cut through the heavy silence: "Go. Tell Lord Mizukage that I will be on my way."

The gate guard gave a quick nod at Yukitaro's command and swiftly exited the meeting room.

"CLICK."

After the door clicked shut behind the guard, Yukitaro turned to the elders, his eyes like frost, his voice slicing through the thick tension like a blade.

'You five—reverse summon yourselves to the Snowy River Realm. I will confront Kaito alone.'"

All five elders widened their eyes in shock at Yukitaro's declaration. The muscular elder shot to his feet, slamming a fist on the table as he shouted, his voice filled with fury, 'Have you lost your mind, Yukitaro?! Do you have a death wish?!'

"BAAM."

Yukitaro remained unmoved by the elder's outburst. Rising to his feet, he met the muscular elder's gaze with icy calm and said, "I know I'll die—but if my death ensures the Yuki clan's survival, then it's a price I'll gladly pay."

"I have no doubt they'll do whatever it takes to make me spill everything I leaked to Iwa—along with what I leaked about that whore."

"And I know—I know—once I'm gone, they'll use that cursed mind-reading jutsu. They'll dig through everything I ever knew… and when they do, they'll find you five right there beside me. That slut is entirely to blame for this."

All five elders fell silent, stunned by the depth of emotion in Yukitaro's voice—they had never seen him so vulnerable before.

Yukitaro paused for a moment, struggling to steady his emotions, then continued, 'After my death, I'm certain they'll use a mind-reading jutsu on me. And when they do, they'll uncover your involvement—and they will come for you all.'

"You five must survive—live on and avenge me. Make them pay for shielding that cursed girl."

With those final words, Yukitaro turned on his heel and strode out of the meeting room, his presence lingering like a storm about to break.

"CLICK."

After Yukitaro closed the door softly behind him, the room fell into a heavy silence. All five elders looked grim. Then, a lean, muscular elder rose to his feet and said in a grave tone, "Yukitaro was right. If we stay in Kirigakure, we're as good as dead. If we die, we'll never exact our revenge on those bastards."

The lean, muscular elder was a handsome middle-aged man with sharp eyebrows, fair skin, and large, intense black eyes. His jet-black hair was tied back in a ponytail, and he wore the same traditional kimono as the other muscular elder.

Another elder suddenly stood up, his eyes sharp with urgency and fear. "If we leave now," he said gravely, his voice echoing through the chamber, "Yukito will seize this chance to become the clan head. His faction will move in—and they'll take our positions. If that happens… our entire faction will crumble under their hands."

The elder who spoke was a tall man in his forties, with a plain face, sharp eyebrows, piercing black eyes, fair skin, and short-cropped black hair.

After hearing those words, the muscular elder's face darkened. He replied firmly, 'As long as we're alive, we can figure things out later. Right now, survival is our only priority.'

The elders nodded grimly, their silence a heavy confirmation of the muscular elder's words.

They bit their thumb, drawing blood, then swiftly began weaving a series of hand seals with practiced precision.

After completing the final hand seal, they all slammed their palms onto the ground in unison and shouted in one voice.

"Reverse Summoning Jutsu."

"PUFF."

A burst of white smoke engulfed the five elders, and in an instant, they vanished from the Yuki clan's meeting room without a trace.
