Winter subsided from said as a long nightmare, it is the whole month this pterosaur sleeps. It rose from the snow, barely hungry for food once more.
Crim was there with Prae, he knew what will the pterosaur do.
"You awake, gonna go now? I take that as a yes." The pterosaur leap, push itself from the ground with two of it's hind legs thus proceed to propell itself further with it's wings or either front limbs. Fly towards the south leaving behind Crim, who bid goodbye.
"I know this was sudden, but i appoint you as the leader of this camp." Prae's pupil shrank, she have no preparation of this sudden appointment.
They went back into the guild, only to see other guard warm themself with
"We gladly accept you as the leader, lady Prae."
Once again, Raskl and Mir having a friendly match. Others keep talking about how Raskl were able to fought strength with other older guard present, still lose to the eldest.
"The two grew faster than we imagine, they outgrew us on this winter." Clearly Raskl have the upper hand at strength, but she lack the necsessary skill. Often got outclassed by Mir on several occasion, but Raskl have other thing on her hand.

By that she must be the winner, but the results says otherwise. Mir immediately went on her back, put Raskl on a locking position. This suprise Raskl, the same move she saw on the origin.
Raskl put on the ground in no time, she quickly got up afterwards. "How did you learn that?"
Crim intertwine, their conversation is cut "Listen everyone, as the Chief of our small village. I hereby appoint Prae as the new leader of this village, she have proven herself worthy to inherit this responsibility." Prae well prepared, she already expected this outcomes.
Crim clap his hands, everybody's attention now pointed at him. "We have a plan to expand territories, as sire had said to me."
Everyone exept Prae drop their jaw, with Crim's feather began to fall off.
"Once more, i choose whoever ready for another long distances." Everyone went silent, two stood up on guild. It was Mir and Raskl, agree to follow him.
"We have more to uncover."
"Maybe there was more than tall beast and flying beast."
Everyone easily convinced, but Prae stays with the rest civilians. Several guards already bonded with this place, they politely decline Crim's offer. In the end, Crim gave a smile. He said "It went just like what sire have said." He exhale, gave a light glance at his best friend.
"Gaf, keep it alive just like we always do." His name is Gaf, once the best at dirty work. As his demeanor drastically change with Crim's, now he have been entrusted by his best friend to bear the very thing he always did trough all this time.
"Gather your things, we depart next morning."
The first sauropod have been peacefully decapitated by Prae, it did not scream. The head rather small for animal it's size, carefully catched by Mir and Raskl.
In confusion, sauropod's head start twitching its eye before died out. The two put sauropod's head inside a pouch, with Crim watch them doing things he taught them. "Not bad for her first, but why did you bury the head?" Gaf said to Crim, He look upwards then to Gaf again.
"Ethicity, my friend. Wise to peace out their suprise with decent bury, as their soul went to heaven."
"But that flying beast skull on the training camp?" He made a good arguments, Crim suprised Gaf did not get the information. He sigh "It left just a bone, bone take longer time to be one with ground. We use it for training instead, as i hope that is last information you need to know."
They both carry most of the butchered flesh of Sauropod, make the progress faster than Crim's era.
Nights flew by, day became night. But it came the next day, sun have make it's way trough the horizon. Every single lizardman at this village gather around campfire, some wear bag and some did not.
Crim step up into a small rock, he declare. "My beloved friends, as we state yesterday. I have appoint Prae as the new leader of this village, and i have another command from sire to do a territory expansion." Short while, he talks about certain way they will leave marking upon the land of desire.
"I wish you the best, my chief." Prae, said to Crim before he could lead the way.

He made his way trough this foresaken grassy land, beside him an arguably old male. Perhaps his late 20's, impressive to live up that long for a regular lizardman.
His name is Char-Lie, he have a concerning issue about his existence. He have lost it when he met Crim, as he became one of the most faithful upon Crim's path. "He said we shall head west, as fate will spoil it out when times went by."
