Lin Yun groaned before he opened his eyes and sat up properly. He looked around and noticed that he was still inside the temple, then he shook his head.
"Guess, it's not really a dream" he muttered to himself.

Lin Yun's eyes widened at the prompts before him. As he stood up, he noticed how refined he felt. His usual rough skin had become like jade and he noticed his enhanced sensory perception coupled with his increase in reflexes.

Seeing his own stats before his eyes, Lin Yun's eyes gleamed with fiery light, he had not begun yet and he was already so overpowered.
"I wonder what's the average strength of a normal godking or devil monarch?" Lin Yun asked not expecting an answer but he got one.

Lin Yun clicked his tongue, putting those at the back of his mind he decided to summon immediately let him figure out what his troop types for today is.

Lin Yun agreed and immediately a swirling black portal appeared above the altar and six people stepped out.
As soon as the six people stood before Lin Yun, they immediately went on their knees.
"Your grace, thank you for gracing us with your presence!" They all echoed at the same time.
"No need to fret, from now on, you all are members of my territory, your aid is needed for the territory to flourish, this place shall be your home" Lin Yun said with a grin which showed off his fangs.
"Thank you, Your Majesty"
Lin Yun looked thoroughly at the six people, they were made up of four women and two men.
Two of the women were identical twins and they dressed in black with daggers hanging around their waist and two swords at their back. He noticed their small horns and pale red skin coupled with their glowing eyes. They were the only ones with different skin colors as the rest looked humane.
The other two women were dressed in standard warrior uniforms, one held a bow while the other held a huge broadsword and she was the tallest amongst them.
The two last men were also dressed in standard warrior uniforms, and they both had a six-pair black wings and a halo. They were fallen angels.
"Introduce yourselves"
"My name is Sai" the twin with a ponytail said.
"My name is Zai" the twin with a buzz cut said.
"My name is Duan Yan" the archer said.
"My name is Hela, Your Majesty marry me" the woman wielding a broadsword said as she stabbed her sword into the ground and stepped up to Lin Yun as she looked at him with fervent eyes.
The brows of the three other women twitched while the two men seem unperturbed.
"That would depend on how you perform, I'll think about it" Lin Yun said before he looked towards the two fallen angels.
"Raxiel" "Zariel" The two fallen angels said one after the other.
Lin Yun had checked their ranks, Raxiel and Zariel had the highest strength as they were both Rank 3, Hela came second as she was rank two, Duan Yan was rank one whole the twins were rank zero.
Raxiel and Zariel are fallen angels.
Sai and Zai were demons and they assassins of the shadowblade class.
Duan Yan is a demihuman, she is half wolf,half human.
Hela is a shield maiden.
"Raxiel, Zariel, Duan Yan and Hela you would go outside the territory, kill the monsters around. If there's any hostile forces around, if you can, subjugate them, if you cannot, come back to me and inform me...all that matters is your survival" Lin Yun gave out his first order to which the four complied immediately and they went out.
"Your Majesty, how about us?" Zai asked.
"No need to fret, you both are my personal guards" Lin Yun said as he patted Sai's head whose eyes formed crescent.
Seeing this, Zai pouted causing Lin Yun to chuckled as he patted her too.
"You both can stay in my shadow, I want to take a look around"
Sai and Zai immediately agreee and their body phased out before integrating into Lin Yun's shadow.
Lin Yun walked out of the temple and walked towards the barrier, he could hear the roars of monsters and battles.
"They may be of average strength but they are worth it..."
[Your subordinate, Hela, has slain a rank 3 monster, Grey Salamander]
[Your subordinate, Duan Yan, just one shot a rank 2 monster, Bull horned gator]
[Your subordinate Raxiel and Zariel just eradicated a rank 4 goblin's lair]

Seeing these prompts, Lin Yun looked incredulous.
"Ain't they took OP...how the hell are they doing this?"
"I actually might be the top dog before the safe period ends" Lin Yun said to himself as he couldn't help but grin.
