After the new gym leader kaito got chosen by the league almost everyone was happy except one person
for Cain it was a injury to his pride why
well he comes from Dokuya family and he just felt betrayed by league why
he lost his mom at his birth and was the only child and his grandpa was once known as a powerful poison type trainer but after his starters death he saw how his grandpa changed for the worse
after cains father took over the gym
he saw how the gym fell in ranks even though his father used his grandpas Pokemons he could see that they didn't respect him and only fought for him because of grandpa and because his father was a great pokemon breeder
And because after some time grandpa while already old died by his grief i saw how strong bonds can be but how much more devastating they can be
father was already sad for grandpa but after some time he knew he couldn't lead the gym anymore he let grandpas pokemon go even though they saw us growing up these were never our pokemon and it was the better choice for them
it was sad to see them go i remembered how i played with some of them when i was a child but i am already 14 years old and needed my own pokemon to grow to a better trainer
you would ask why i didn't start at 10 well grandpa gave me when i was close to becoming 10 a Pokemon egg this egg was the child of grandpas second strongest pokemon a Salazzle but it only hatched 2 weeks ago
i even got lucky with my pokemon why well i got a female salandit which means she can evolve to salazzle after she hatched i waited 10 days that she was over as a newborn and i started with very little training to not stun her growth but after 2 weeks after hatching most pokemon are ready to start training
i trained her little in the forest against very weak opponents that she can grow stronger after some days she finally learned some move "Scratch Poison gas smog and ember after helping her in using these moves better i used one of the TMs of my family most were poison but we had some other types as well i chose the Poison tail for her that she can have a move for close combat while TMs can help pokemon its a waste for pokemon who can't take all they time for the move
because TMs are cds that have a move recorded and in the video you can most time see a smeargle that uses the move and explains it and most pokemon need atleast some days to start using the move only some very talented pokemon can learn it in one day but still need to watch the TM many time
and for low level pokemon who don't fully mastered they moves it could be a waste of time to use TM to learn a new move
After salandit started to understand the move Poison tail i helped her with my grandpas recorded training guides
but in the 4 years i had my egg my grandpa trained me in his famous poison tactics and at the same time my father started training to a pokemon breeder at first i didn't want to do it
but after learning how much a breeder can help they pokemon to grow stronger with my family's help i started training in both professions which could help me to become much stronger
but after grandpas death and father who released the pokemon someone needed to take over the gym my father informed the league before and immediately they send over a new trainer
at first maybe he could help us but i saw this guy kaito was just an arrogant asshole who treated his pokemon poorly
he only chose poison type so that he can defeat his enemies while hurting them as much as possible seeing how much my granddad loved his pokemon changed me maybe i was proud of my family but i would love any pokemon i am going to capture
at the second i saw kaito training his pokemon if one couldn't keep he would punish it by using his other pokemon to attack it
i hated him how could someone like him get my family's gym and when he was at public i saw how he lied to everybody that he could come so far because his love for pokemon i telled everything to father but he said we could not change it because while the league was lead by people who loved pokemons but they were many people who only cared about the profit and wouldn't care i hated it
at the 3 day kaito used hid gengar to get my family's secret trainings methods my father stopped him but kaito did not care and blackmailed my father
"you think i care you don't any pokemon your son is weak right now i own this gym your are only something worth because your family"
I saw my father attempting to stop him but i was so angry if not for his strenght i would ordered salandit to use ember on his stupid face and burn him but i knew it would only make it worse i knew i had no chance in beating him i thought if i got any idea that could help but then i had the only idea that could maybe help

after 30 minutes i saw my father finally being complete with the contract and after i and kai signed kai finally left

"well i am not that old to work and even if your pokeblocks aren't that bad ever to but even though our family is known for our poison types i recommend for you to get pokemons that counters Kai's Pokemon in the contract wasn't stated which types you can chose but maybe start with a pokemon from type water or dark maybe one that has both like sharpedo or crawdaunt but i think you should get the gym badges at the same time but i already got everything you need to go on your adventure"(father)

after my talk with father i tried to spend as much as possible time with him but i needed to start my journey as early as i could
The next after i woke up my father did breakfast which tasted good but all good breeders could cook good but i spend some with him but after seeing me ready he gave me a old backpack which was full of many things like a tent and tools and many pokeballs
"this backpack belonged your grandpa with it he became a great trainer and i know you can do even better"(father)
this time my tears fell down the last time i cried was when i heard grandpa died but this time i wasn't ashamed of the tears but i felt stronger i had something fighting for and i would everything to achieve my goal to get the gym back
the moments i took my first step i didn't look back anymore today was the start of my journey but i couldn't hear my father words only the the first word
