Location: Death Life Arena — Region 1: The Broken Plaza
"BRRRRRROOHHHH!!!"
A bloodcurdling horn echoed through the cracked stone heavens.
Time: 6:00 AM. Weather: Black clouds. Ground: Drenched in dry blood.
Chains rattled. Gates groaned. A colossal skull gate opened with a rusty shriek that sounded like hell laughing.
Parth and Dev stood at the edge, cloaks fluttering. No words were exchanged. They knew what came next.
A demonic voice thundered across the sky:
> "100 duos. 200 tokens. Only 40 teams shall proceed. Slaughter to survive."
The crowd of warriors roared like beasts.
Parth whispered, "Let the hunt begin."
---
SCENE: CHAOS UNLEASHED
The ground trembled.
Swords clashed. Bones shattered. Screams tore through the air like broken sirens.
One boy screamed as his partner's head exploded from a Soul Arrow. Another girl was cleaved clean in half by a thunder-infused scythe.
Dev dashed through the madness, eyes scanning. "Avoid big teams. We hunt duos."
Parth nodded. They stuck to the shadows.
But then—
"You look... soft," said a raspy voice.
Team Hell Puppeteers stepped out. Two masked boys, one dragging corpses tied by blood threads.
> "Let's play with your memories..."
The corpses twisted—faces morphing. One looked like Parth's stepmother. Another wore Dev's little brother's smile.
Dev froze. Eyes wide. Flashback slammed into him.
> "Rule one... Never be weak." SMACK!
Dev clutched his head. "No... NOT HIM!"
Puppet-boy threw a blade. Parth blocked it barehanded — blood sprayed.
His knuckles cracked.
> "Don't mess with family."
He vanished— SLAM! One puppet exploded in blood as Parth drove his elbow through its skull.
CRACK! Parth grabbed the puppeteer and twisted his arm backward until bone pierced skin.
Dev got up, eyes hollow. He fired a Soul Arrow straight into the second guy's eye.
BOOM. Silence. Blood steam in the air.
Dev collapsed on one knee. Breathing hard. Parth lifted him up. "You good?"
Dev smirked through blood. "One down. Ninety-nine to go."

SCENE 2: CRIMSON FOG WOODS — Mist Clan Descends
They entered Region 2. Trees bled fog. Roots moved.
> "Don't trust your eyes." Parth whispered.
Suddenly — Dev slashed at thin air. Missed.
The Mist Clan duo laughed.
> "Your brother just stabbed you. Look."
Dev blinked — saw a vision of Parth gutting him. He screamed. Fell back. Poison mist entered his lungs.
Parth felt it too. A child screamed behind him. A fake memory.
> "No. This is illusion."
But he stumbled. His legs heavy. Poison slow. His veins turned black. Sweat poured.
Mist Clan stepped out. One held a curved blade. The other danced around, eyes glowing.
> "Let's carve the fear out of you."
SHINK! The blade sliced Parth's shoulder. Blood splattered.
He fell to his knees.
"DEV!! Get up!"
Dev forced himself to move. Pulled out a soul needle from his boot. Hands shaking.
Parth smiled, delirious.
> "If we die... we die together."
WHOOSH! Dev launched the needle. It pierced the Mist guy's neck.
GARGLE!! BLOOD VOMIT!
He dropped. The other screamed and ran. Parth threw a dagger with the last of his strength— THUD! Straight into his spine.
They collapsed together. Breathing. Alive. Barely.

SCENE 3: Dragon Grounds — Long Tai Clan Entry
Dev's ankle was fractured. Parth's eyes were half-blind.
They made it to Region 4. And there... the monsters awaited.
BOOM! A rock exploded. A boy with golden eyes appeared. Shirtless. Tattoos of dragons breathing across his chest.
> "You're the brothers everyone whispers about... Let's fold you like paper."
CRACK! He punched Parth. His ribs broke. Parth vomited blood midair.
Dev rushed. Kicked the guy's head. But his leg snapped from the counter.
They were helpless.
Then— The dragon boy spat on them.
> "Heroes? You bleed like insects."
Parth's fingers twitched. His vision blurred. Then cleared.
Dev: "P-Parth..."
A scream tore through the arena.
> "GET AWAY FROM MY BROTHER!!"
Death Aura erupted. Black and red. Eyes glowing. Shadow flames.
Partial Mitamoshi Rage Aura awakened.
Parth stood. Bleeding. Smiling. Monstrous.
> "Now I'll show you what insects can become."
He charged. Duck. Uppercut. Elbow to the jaw. CRACK!
> Dragon boy's tooth flew.
Parth grabbed him by hair. Slammed his head into the arena wall — again. Again. AGAIN.
Until blood made a halo.
Dev watched, stunned.
> "You okay now?" Parth asked. Dev smiled. "Better than ever."
---
Only 47 teams remained. The blood hunt was just beginning.
But tonight... Two brothers painted the arena red.
