Chatter... there was a lot of chatter around me. The class ends with me looking at the teacher, Savita, and she was also looking at me, but in a stern way, while I was just smiling at her like I was a good student. Nothing else to see here!
And the second she leaves, I stand up, grab my bag, and walk out of the class, and I walk right to my next class. Maths Oh my god, I am so lucky today! First day at college, first class: Physics is the second math! ...
While walking, I did not speak to anyone because, well, no one spoke to me, and also, why would I speak to teenagers? That's like the worst time to talk to a human when there is a teen at that point; they have all sorts of problems, plus they're also dumb, and their hormones are on fire...
And while I was walking, this one girl almost bumped into me, but I casually sidestepped and avoided her. I could tell she was trying to bump into me... She was blond and had this sassy face like she owned the college or something... And just by looking at her, I could tell that girl was trouble, so without even looking at her again, I kept walking to my math class...
"What? That always works! Who the hell does he think he is?" The blond girl mutters to herself, and she folds her hands on her chest and looks at Leo's back as he keeps walking fast... and this blond girl's short red skirt waves as she walks behind Leo... but just then another speaks, "Hey, Trish, let's go to the cafe." and Trish just looks at Leo, who was now nowhere to be seen, and then she rolls her eyes and goes with her friend to the cafe....
On the other hand, Leo reaches his math class and sits down next to a boring old guy who looks like your everyday math teacher, and the class starts...
"I've never seen you here, bro. Do you know how to do this? problem??"
I turn my face and look at the guy who spoke; he was wearing glasses and actually looked like a nerd... but without judging. I looked at the problem and took out a pen and started to write down the answer...
"There the answer should be 9 if my math is right," and the guy was shocked, like he had seen something impossible. Well, after a few times of reading my answer again and again, he spoke out in this grave tone. "You, I have never seen you before, dude! Who the hell are you? You just solved the problem I had been working on for a week now! I am Eliot, by the way!"
He was actually so happy it was kind of amusing how a simple math problem could make someone so happy...
"Leo, my name is Leo. Eliot, nice to meet you." I grab his hand and casually show him how to greet someone, and he was for sure stunned a little before shaking my hand a little too fast... and then I let go of his hand because I could tell he did not know when to stop the handshake.
"That problem was easy. I bet if you had worked on it a little longer, you would have solved it too." I speak in a calm tone as I look at the teacher who was still teaching... and Eliot speaks in a low tone, "What? That was easy? Uh, nice to meet you too, by the way. Why have I never seen you before, Leo?"
"Well, do you want to know the truth or the lie?" I speak with a small smile on my face...
"Uh, truthfully, I don't know why you would lie... but, like, it's fine if you don't want to tell me…" and Eliot was messing up his words; it was clear he does not talk to people much...
"I will just tell you whichever reason you want to believe. First, I have been shifting my houses; that's why it took me about a month, so I could not come to college... 2nd, I have just been bunking college for reasons, ok?" I speak in an amused tone as I watch Eliot's face grow from understanding to horror! and then Eliot looks around like Leo said something he should not say...
"What? Bro, bunking? class? That's mad! Don't speak so loudly! The teacher will catch us!" And Eliot was worrying for zero reason, but it was funny for sure. This kid was a good kid...
After messing around some more with Eliot, I take his phone number just for fun, but I don't give him my phone number. Why? Because, well, first of all, I don't want Eliot to call me, and second of all, I did not give him my phone number because, well, he did not ask for it. The kid forgot to ask me for it...
Later on the day slowly goes on, and Leo speaks to others or just stays quiet, but the first day of college was not that bad, to be honest... It was evening now while Leo walked outside the college gates; his eyes lingered on the gate of the college...
'Should I wait till I see Jessica? No, that's too much work, or is it? I should wait for Jessica and find out how she is. By that, I could maybe tell how long it will be before Jessica meets Kilgrave... Plus, I'm not going out to look for that guy... I really should, but again, saving Jessica when she meets Kilgrave would be perfect because then I will have Jessica, who would hopefully work under me, and also Kilgrave would be done for.
It's a good plan without too much of my time going into it—simple and fast for me. This is just a little plan, but for Jessica? It's her whole story changing... who knows how this will affect other things?? Honestly, this should not change the plot too much since Jessica Jones was at most a street hero... The only thing that will change is, well, Kilgrave's victims would be way fewer, and Jessica would not have suffered...
But there is one problem: what do I do? with Jessica? Her story would be all over the place if I changed this one little thing... I can take Jessica under me and tie up all the loose ends. I will make sure most of the plot stays the same... I will become like fate. Or do I just go on my own? Do whatever I want and let Jessica do whatever she wants? ...
