Prema has no reason not to put Qin Miao's photo in the most conspicuous spot.

So Mercedes just straight-up axed Bottas and promoted Qin Miao.
In the end Qin Miao didn't let Mercedes down; you could even say he gave Mercedes a huge surprise.
