Flegain, sitting at the head position, said to his subordinates: "As required by the General Staff, our Guard Division will draw the majority of our forces from stations around Rhein City, New Frankfurt City, Lusaka City, and other locations for participation in this military parade. Due to the special circumstances of the Guard Division, our troops and the brother units of the Central Military Region will be the main forces in this parade."
