Striker turned to leave, but stopped mid-step. His expression remained calm and collected, but his tone sharpened like steel.
"You can deal with any of those heroes… but don't fight the one with black and white hair. If you do, you'll die."
Garvin froze, taken aback, confusion clouding his face. "What do you mean?"
Striker shrugged as if it were obvious.
"He's the leader. An extremely strong one. Leave him for Magus—he'll deal with him."
For once, Garvin went silent. He had heard whispers of the leader of the Tryst Guild, stories of his terrifying power, but he had never truly feared him.
Still, Striker's grave tone carried more weight than any rumor. Garvin could tell the man was not exaggerating. After a moment, he nodded.
"…Fine. I'll leave him for Magus. But the rest of the heroes—I can crush them, right?"
Striker's smile returned. "You have my permission. Kill them all."
He started walking away again, but paused once more, glancing back.
