By drinking this essence, you have become the greatest and most powerful mutant to have and will ever exist. There is no mutant in existence that will ever reach your power.
*Despite the name, you have access to every single mutant power that has, will, and does not exist in the Marvel multiverse, allowing you to have infinite amounts of powers to draw from, not just limited to the X-men team. You can have the mutant ability to manipulate boundaries of both physical objects and concepts, the ability to nullify any magical and physical attack, and the ability to overthrow tyrants and look absolutely fabulous while doing so. The possibilities are endless.
*You have full knowledge of every single power you have and will not be overwhelmed by its sheer number. Though you are limited to 5 mutant powers at a time, you can instantly switch between any of them with a thought and the number of mutant powers you can use at a given time will slowly increase as you constantly use your powers.
*You can stack similar or the same powers with each other, which will increase its power exponentially and remove the powers inherent weaknesses. For example, if you decide to stack 5 of the most powerful reality warping mutant powers: Franklin Richards from Earth 616, Marquis of Death from Earth 807128, Mad Jim Jasper from Earth 616 and Earth 238, and Miranda from Earth TRN656, the resulting power will allow you to fight evenly with the pre-retcon The One Above All before they split into two beings.
*If, for some reason, you are unable to come up with a power or are incapable of doing so, you will automatically be given the best power for the situation. This will also happen whenever you are preoccupied, unconscious, caught off guard, or taken by surprise.
*Unlike comic book characters, you are immune to retcons and stupid shit. You won't have to worry about having your origin and past retroactively changed, having your mutant powers being erased from existence, or coming to the realization that you are a clone, etc. You can define and determine what stupid shits means such as political shit, SJW shit, or shitty comic events.
*This will also make you immune to the status quo that universes may have, so that any changes you make in the world or yourself will not be altered or disappear. So if you decide to kill the Joker, the Joker will be permanently dead. He won't be resurrected, cloned, or have it revealed that you killed an alternate version or clone of the clown.
*This also makes you immune to jobbing. You will never have to worry about being beaten by a weaker character ever again. You don't have to worry about Doctor Doom using his technology and magic to take away your power, Frank Castle killing you with a regular gun, Spider-Man knocking you out, or Deadpool or Gwenpool using the 4th wall to beat you. The only way to actually beat you is if your opponent is stronger than you. You can allow weaker beings to beat you, but everyone will know that the only reason you lost is because you allowed it to happen.
*This power will filter out any mutant power that will cause you harm or inconvenience you in any way.
*You have complete control over any of your mutant powers such as controlling the extent of Rogue's absorption power, and will not manifest any physical deformities unless you desire it. You know how to use each mutant power to their fullest potential, know every weakness of that power, and instinctively know how to use each power.
*You can combine different mutant powers to create devastating and incredible combinations: allowing you to increase its power, lose any weakness present in the powers, and add new functions and abilities to those powers.
*You are immune to any negative effects that these powers have on you such as being driven insane by Mad Jim Jaspers power.
*As you continue using your powers, all of your mutant powers will grow far beyond their limit and surpass themselves, being given new functions and abilities. You could use just 1 mutant power, and all of your mutant powers will receive this benefit, so you do not have to micromanage your powers.
*In Marvel comics, beings of note and importance can call in meetings with abstract and cosmic beings. As a being whose power can rival the One Above All, you can call in a meeting with any cosmic being without repercussion and they will always meet you respectfully as you are a mortal that literally rivals their creator in power. You can also enter in cosmic meetings whenever you like.
*You can use your powers freely and without any restrictions. The laws and rules that bind cosmic beings and gods will not apply to you.
*Your powers can never be taken away, suppressed, weakened, or copied in any way.
*If you were ever killed, erased from existence, imprisoned, etc, you will be revived and placed in the last safe location and time you were before that happened. No one will notice the change except you as your mutant powers will restart time and space to such an extent that it will affect even beings and things that exist outside of time or do not even have the concept of time and space. You will keep all memories as to what has happened.
*Unlike other mutants, you will never be hated or feared based solely on the fact that you are a mutant. You will be judged by your attitude and actions.
*If you ever show up in the Marvel universe, you may be hailed as the Mutant Messiah.
