If you're talking about the authentic Fishing Toad Force, it's quite difficult. Practicing Fishing Toad Force to the level of Wudang Golden Toad Skill, also known as Swallowing Qi Skill or Great Toad Qi, is said to have the ambition of 'swallowing the sun and moon'. It is a single-lineage secret of Wudang, not revealed to outsiders.
Back then, Yang Luchan's disciple Li Ruidong, famously known as 'Nose Li' in Jinmen, had reached extraordinary levels in Tai Chi, yet he was defeated by an old man, about a hundred years old, named Gan Danran. He was a descendant of the Qing-era hero Gan Fengchi and inherited the Tai Chi skills of the Wudang Jiangnan Golden Toad sect.
Gan Danran managed to defeat Li Ruidong entirely relying on the Fishing Toad Force. Later, Gan Danran taught the Fishing Toad Force to Li Ruidong, and it exists in the Tai Chi style passed down by Li Ruidong, but the practice methods of the Toad Skill have never been made public by the inheritors of Li's Tai Chi.
