Any trillion-dollar industry can be considered the lifeblood of the nation, a decade-long plan requires the mobilization and consolidation of countless resources and forces.

Moreover, such a plan must have a strong executor and institution, otherwise it will become a situation like in some countries where lofty ambitions lead to investing hundreds of billions in developing green energy batteries, with lots of money thrown in only to result in complete failure.

In the past, when the Federal Reserve hadn't failed, the US Dollar could be printed rapidly; with the phrase "unlimited quantitative easing," a nuclear-powered printing press could churn out trillions, belonging to the 'if you can imagine it, I can do it' category.
