Ordin's words embarrassed everyone in the room. Just moments ago, they had belittled the enemy to be worthless, but now the true powerhouses on the opponent's side had not yet struck and chaos was already ensuing. Seeing that everyone had stabilized their emotions, Ordin continued to give directions: "Gerard! Did the previous attack cause any damage to the castle?"
After a moment, hearing the call, Gerard hurried in through the side door of the meeting hall and recounted the information just reported from the array control point to everyone inside the room.
"The previous attack did not cause any substantial damage to the main structure of the castle; most of the impact was absorbed and neutralized by the defensive array." Gerard pointed with one hand at the light and shadow suspended above the long table, and the image automatically changed perspective to reflect onto the outer wall of the castle.
