Facing the Gardener's questions, the Mouth of Devourment remained utterly unperturbed, instead raising its head with a smile.
It sniffed the air.

Alka could see the Gardener's emotions intensify, even though the surface remained unchanged.
But the emotions emanating from the Demon bore a clear hint of mockery.
"That's right, just as you imagined."
The Mouth of Devourment spread its hands, appearing extremely at ease at the moment.
But in fact, it was also pretending, trying to buy time.
Alka could see the Magic Power it emitted, which was exceptionally hidden, using some method to open an Abyssal Teleportation Gate within the Dream Realm.
This is a part where reality is dragged into the Dream Realm, where reality and the dream intertwine.
Here, the Dream Realm is mixed, and so are the rules of reality.
