Before the thought could fully form, a sky-shattering roar erupted from the island.
Everyone on the ship immediately turned to look.
The previously calm crater erupted with unusual suddenness. However, no lava flowed from the vent. Fiery red liquid shot out from the vent like a fountain, reaching an astonishing height. Thick black smoke drifted out, obscuring the fiery red magma; only red raindrops could be seen falling. Flames continuously spread from the edges, and red liquid trailed down the volcano's slopes. Then came violent tremors; the entire island trembled, a sensation clearly felt by those on the shore. But such a roar didn't seem like something a volcano would make. Regardless, this display urged them to leave quickly.
"Quick, start the boat! We have to go, the volcano's about to erupt," Akka said, then waved his hand. The canvas dropped, and Pororo immediately took the helm.
