These two cards were a pair, and this Number 2 card was one of the two Alka had just thrown. The other was the Water Chain currently holding the Evil Spirit captive. This type of numbered 'eye card' was used for short-distance, real-time image transmission. It was made by combining the [Reproduction] Spell with a [Mirror]. The original function of the [Reproduction] Spell was to instantly replicate numbers, text, or simple line drawings onto another piece of paper. It was generally used for quickly copying books, but its fusion with the [Mirror] resulted in completely baffling effects. Regardless, it was indeed very useful.
