The Starlight Bridge is located several kilometers east of Itaza, once the main thoroughfare leading into Itaza. This place was named the Starlight Bridge not because there is an actual bridge here, but because this was once the site of the Ancient Saint's descent.
A massive gorge surrounds this area, and the main road extends thousands of meters away. Besides the endless tropical rainforest, there remains only a long main road. It was during the Chaos Invasion thousands of years ago that the Lizardmen defended Itaza under the leadership of the First Generation Great Demon Lord Crok.
Mazda Moody had many considerations for establishing a defensive position here. The most important reason was that the Great Demon Lord hoped to lure the enemy out. As the Chief of the Cities, Itaza's area is too vast. If defended, it would easily be attacked separately. It would be better to concentrate the limited army in one place rather than disperse it everywhere.
