The warriors of other Dwarf Kingdoms were enlisted by Belgar through speeches and heavy bribes, even with verbal promises of sharing the wealth after reclaiming the Eight Peaks Mountain.
Now that none of this is available, how can they endure?
After a few more days of fighting, Belgar began to feel the heavy pressure; the cannonballs and crossbow arrows of the Dwarf Rangers, as well as the Musketeers' bullets, were running low. The goblin harassment was relentless, and the defensive fortifications painstakingly built were destroyed by goblin gliders and catapult attacks.
The morale of the dwarves began to waver, and under such circumstances, Belgar was forced to agree to leave the fortifications and engage in open battle with Scasnik and its Evil Moon Tribe.
