Adjacent to the most bustling location in the Southern City University City, there's an alley.
The alley isn't well-known, but the bar within it is one of the top in the entire southern city, known as "Speed Bar."
As the name suggests, it was opened by the biker Xu Hong, and it's open all day.
In front of the bar, two members of the biker gang sit on stools, smoking and chatting casually.
Well, during the daytime, almost no one comes, so they don't need to be too vigilant.
Inside the bar, there's an office in the back. Xu Hong sits calmly on the sofa, surrounded by several core members who are frowning, as if they can't figure something out.
