Those cultists infected on the spot, transformed into Void Creatures, had become Void Infected and charged towards everyone along with the Void's power.
Compared to the world's natives, the Evil God and its followers actually fear facing the Void's power directly more.
Therefore, they often start to pry into this world only decades before the Void arrives.
During this period, the world's barriers are gradually weakened, and the strong within the world have already sensed an irresistible disaster about to descend.
And at this time, the Void has yet to fully arrive, which happens to give the Evil God a perfect opportunity to take advantage.
In this window period, the Evil God can reap the greatest benefits, similar to the stage of festering that leads to death before a wound deteriorates.
But once the Void truly descends, the Evil God retreats faster than anyone else.
