The alliance civil war officially broke out.
Five days later, during a war between the two sides, Gray Harbor City joined the conflict.
Subsequently, increasingly more city-states began to fall into civil war due to various conflicts.
The entire region of the Liberty City Alliance was engulfed in war, and the residents of each city-state became displaced, turning into refugees.
Fleeing in all directions.
Many refugees crossed the dense and dangerous jungles of the north and south into the Eastern Wilderness.
The Elf Village in this region was forced to take in these refugees.
Fortunately, the Night Watchers had long foreseen the inevitable civil war within the Liberty City Alliance and had made numerous preparations in this regard.
All refugees entering the Eastern Wilderness were settled around the Elf Village by the Night Watchers.
