They are all at Level Six.
However, at the same level, the strength of Raelia and the others will be top-tier.

But for normal Night Watchers, the current limit is Level Six.
In real experience, there won't be a situation where experience acquisition is endless.
For Level Six Night Watchers, it's not feasible to go to the Void Pit to eliminate those Void vanguard troops to gain experience.
Because the experience given by Level Three and Four monsters may require several of them to give one point.
The number of Level Five ones is scarce, and even if defeated, the experience gained is no more than 10 points.
Furthermore, the amount of experience needed after Level Six is enormous.
So Level Six is basically the limit for the current standard Night Watchers.
