The noble class as a whole would not permit Kana and the Night Watchers to make any fair judgments.
Even the Holy Light Church within the Cohen Kingdom can't accomplish this; how could the Night Watchers possess such power?
Yet, seeing these events, the Night Watchers cannot simply allow these nobles to act without restraint.
The solution, then, is straightforward: assassination.
