Most of the time, the fragments appear inside the bodies of individual lives, revealing themselves only when their strength is great or emotions are extreme.
But extreme emotions are not that easy to encounter, and often it's in those moments that fragments are subconsciously used.
How could it be so precise?
Even those who have used a fragment need time to brew their emotions to make a wish again when they obtain another fragment.
And it isn't necessarily so precise either.
