Taking a glance at the camp's situation, Kana let out a slight breath.
He was afraid he might have arrived a step or two too late; it seems that these troops are still defending the fortress, perhaps they can hold for another day or two?
He couldn't be certain, but at least from the current situation, it hasn't truly fallen yet; however, the battle conditions have made the fortress commander's awareness clear.
They practically have no chance left, and are using this opportunity to evacuate the residents.
"Your Highness?" A voice of confusion came from beside him.
Kana looked over; it was a soldier with only one hand and one leg left, his face still wrapped with bandages, using one eye to look at Kana.
Kana couldn't recognize his appearance at all.
"The Count is in the command camp," this soldier seemed to have noticed that Kana and his group had just arrived, directly guiding them.
Kana nodded at him: "Thank you."
