About 20 kilometers northward from Sea Cape City, at the highest point on a coast, there is a massive camp.
The location of the camp is the highest point on this stretch of ocean, allowing a clear view of the sea surface as well as the situation on the hillside behind.
The most conspicuous aspect of the entire camp is undoubtedly that lighthouse, standing at a height of a dozen meters on the highest point of the Sea Cliff, guiding the way for ships in the dark night.
Of course, that was its former function. Now, apart from the Blood Race's ships, any ship misguided to dare approach would only face two options: become a Ghoul or become food.
Around the lighthouse, there are several stone buildings, surrounded by a circle of wooden walls.
Obviously, there are still some troops stationed here.
