In the alchemy workshop outside the village, Kana is here training his skills, constructing [puppets] that can truly be used in battle.
"Ding ding dong, ding ding dong."
The sound of bells echoed in his ears.
Kana turned his head to look at the prototype puppet he made for himself, ringing the bells.
A hemisphere was attached to a giant bell underneath, its sole function to scout the surrounding radius.
When Kana looked over, it was still swinging wildly, the sound of dinging refusing to stop.
Seeing this, Kana frowned slightly.
Just as he was about to grab his weapon, Raelia's voice rang out from outside: "Kana! Are you in there?"
Recognizing Raelia's voice, Kana punched the bell-ringing puppet beside him.
"You fool, didn't I set it to ring only once if it's an ally?"
Persistently ringing is generally to indicate strangers.
"Still a bug." Kana sighed.
