The central tent as well as the surrounding simple wooden walls, along with two wooden watchtowers facing the river and the forest behind.
There's always soldiers on guard at the watchtowers.
A small area of the forest behind the camp has been cleared, with a large amount of fine logs being dragged to the riverbank by oxen and mules.
Occasionally, even the two warhorses would help with this task, though they've had to humble themselves for the time being.

Because it's a wooden raft, and time is pressing, it doesn't have something like a sail.
With a simple additional construction, it can only go downstream along the river and use oars to control the direction.
Other than that, you can't expect too much.
Time is too tight, many things can only be compromised.
