"At this hour, who would be calling me?"
Hearing the ringtone, Qiu Shi couldn't help feeling a bit puzzled.
If it was about work, or someone looking for him, they would usually call the landline in his office.
Besides, his cell phone was his private number; only people very close to him even knew this number.
But right now it was only around eight or nine in the morning, still very early—who would be calling him?
"Honey?"
Picking up the phone, Qiu Shi saw the name on the screen, paused for a second, then let out a small laugh.
Probably he'd forgotten to bring something, and his wife was calling to remind him.
Without thinking too much, Qiu Shi answered, put the phone to his ear, and joked with a smile, "What's up, honey, missing me already this early in the morning?"
