At 11 a.m. on July 7, a ceremony for the promotion of army generals to Lieutenant General and Major General was grandly held at the Army Headquarters in Capital City.
The rank promotion was announced by the army commander with the issuance of military orders signed by the military commission. The political commissar hosted the specific promotion ceremony, attended by more than a dozen senior officers.
There were nine officers promoted in this ceremony.
Among them, two were promoted to Lieutenant General, four to Major General, and three to Technical Major General.
