The Underground Hunter Organization has ten branches in Huaxia, responsible for handling affairs in twenty-three provinces, five autonomous regions, and four municipalities directly under the central government. Although they present a united front externally, internally it is rife with plotting and strife.
The "Saint Selection" was originally a competition for selecting talented youth within the Underground Hunter Organization, but in this environment, its nature has changed. Rising stars from the ten divisions will compete fiercely for interests, fame, status, and wealth. Those who are careless will find themselves bleeding out, dead without a whole body. Therefore, the Saint Selection has come to be known as the 'Death Tournament' over the years, and those who achieve rankings are often geniuses cultivated by powerful divisions.
