The inauguration ceremony itself was not overly complicated, comprising only a pre-arranged celebratory parade and a speech by Perfikot from the balcony of the lord's mansion.
Aside from that, after Perfikot's speech concludes, there will be a circus performance and a celebratory banquet, targeted respectively at the commoners and the nobility. Under the arrangement of the old butler Foster, both nobility and commoners can enjoy the festivities today.
The old butler specially invited a famous circus troupe from the Empire's homeland for this inauguration ceremony, and built a gigantic circus tent for them, hoping that more people can witness their spectacular performance.
For this reason, the old butler also arranged for the circus troupe to stay a few extra days, to ensure the people of Chernobyl can enjoy more performances and share in the joy of the inauguration celebration.
