Upon hearing of this, Ye Chen exclaimed, "Ah, some people just work for half a month and it's equivalent to my life's work. It's so unfair!"
However, Philip's design indeed had its amazing aspects. Philip, after combining various situations of Jianghuai City and making multiple trips to the piece of land in North City District, created this blueprint. It's an island for the Central Business District. The entire map is circular, with two buildings surrounded within it, and the bases below connected together. This way, not only does it not waste the land, but it also makes full use of the space.
