"Alright, stop!"
Aimou loudly interrupted Bologue, thinking that this guy's description was too bizarre, yet still hoping to hear something nice from him.
"Did my bribe work?" Bologue asked.
Aimou was silent for a moment, then spoke with righteous indignation, "Wow! Bologue, I thought you were a diligent and excellent employee, yet here you are openly bribing!"
Bologue knew it, he just knew it would be like this!
Aimou seized the opportunity to chatter non-stop. Bologue didn't really mind it; it's just that in conversations like this, he rarely had the upper hand and was at a disadvantage throughout. But Bologue was a competitive person.
Bologue could only try to use other means to win the verbal battle.
He lifted Aimou with one hand, her feet leaving the ground. Her voice of complaint grew weaker, until it resembled the whispers of mosquitoes.
"Isn't this coercion by force..."
