Gwen walked out of the bathroom and headed off to class. 'I didn't even have breakfast yet. Oh well, there's always lunchtime, I guess. I'm sure I'll survive.. right?' She pushed positivity into her mind as she ran off. It didn't take long for her to feel the crushing, twising and rumbling of her stomach. Neil sat right infront of Gwen, giving her the best seat of the tragic show.
"Hey. You don't look too good. Is every thing okay?" Neil asked as Gwen rested her head on the desk. "I'm not all that, once the tank's empty. Not to mention my metabolism was in full force not too long ago. In other words I'm starving. " Gwen complained as her tummy rumbled. Neil was slowly growing remorseful for Gwen. She built enough courage to turn towards her inorder to try and help. But the girl that sat right next to our ginger female offered Gwen a lunch bar. "Don't worry, you can have it.. I like mine a little colder. Besides you looked like you were about to start munching on some books."
The girl had sparkling sliver hair with a blue butterfly hair pin over her right eye. Her relaxing green eyes would make anyone lower thier guard around her. "The name's Everest Filt. And you are?" she asked Gwen who was enjoying snacking down on the lunch bar. "Gwendolyn Tennessean. Nice to meet you." Neil turned way with a scuff as class carried on.
The students left here classes and headed out for lunch. 'Alright time to investigate. Why did he attack the donut guy? The most obvious answer to that statement is competition. Or maybe it was something a little more magical. I need to get answers..' Gwen thought to herself as she walked passed the teachers lounge.
Unbeknownst to the young eleven year old as she walked passed the principal's office, a heated conversation was sturing up. It took Gwen hearing the sound of a man raise his voice for her to gain enough intrest to listen in on them. Principle Cole responded to his guest by saying. "This isn't going to help us in anyway. I think it's time to get rid of some dead weight. Don't get me wrong I'm spectical about the entire thing as well, but the expenses for the collateral damage are through the roof. I wish that flame hero controlled the damage it caused. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the weird monster heros vanish after the New York incident?" Gwen quickly moved away from the door as though she tried to avoid hearing anything else and she continued with a shadow cast over her face.
Everest wondered through the hallway and headed for her locker. The second the hallway was clear.. she opened up her locker and a gray monkey with yellow glowing markings all over it's body, leaped out and tired to grab her! They dropped to the drowned and the ape tried to pull her hair off. Frightened! Everest managed to knock the ashe colored primate away. The cheeky little guy had a collar with magical talisman on it. The monkey's eyes flashed yellow and it's body turned to mist, while saying "Beware the Hunter.."
"Well that was interesting. I wonder who this hunter is? Not to mention the ape's stolen it." Everest utter to herself before closing her locker. Gwen walked towards the nurse's office and she was astonished to see kids lined up outside her door. "Horrific sight isn't it? My guess is everyone here is a newbie that thought it was a good idea to have breakfast in the Caff. Poor suckers. Looks like you heeded my words. Good for you I guess." Neil commented as she stood next to Gwen. "Well it doesn't have to be like this, right? We've gotta do something.
There must be a reason everyone keeps getting sick. Hey Roomy, wanna help me out on this? I know it sounds like I'm trying to use you and get you into trouble, but please I can't do this alone. I need you." Gwen begged Neil, who felt the burning urge to refuse. "Trouble huh? Sounds like fun. But I think I'll disappoint you… that's because I never get caught." Neil smerked as she walked away from Gwen and towrds the cafeteria.
'Nice! Neil's on my side. Now incase that school shooter shows it's face again I've got to come up with a strategy. That bluster had enough kick to knock fireball back, yet the shooter never felt the recoil from the blust. Meaning the ratio is 1:1… a single shot per trigger clutch. Hmmm, that opens up a lot of possibilities.' Gwen thought to herself as she headed off to the bathroom.
Everest made her way to the nurse's office to try and get herself a plaster for her injuries from the ape. She was shocked to find the line by nurse Susan's office. 'Wow this is a first. Seems a number of students are sick. Is this even sanitary? If the principle's already seen this, why isn't he doing anything about it? Unless he's trying to hide something.' She thought to herself while waiting in line. It took some time, but Everest finally made it to the nurse. She was a scruffy, ginger haired, slender lady that wore round lense spectacles with a lab coat over her orange jersey and green pants.
"Okay.. let me guess, stomach pains?" Nurse Susan asked as she turned and knocked over some empty medical containers. "Actually I thought I could have my arm looked at." Everest pointed at her arm causing the nurse to exhale with relief. "That a refreshing breath of fresh air. You would not believe how tired I am of treating tummy aches. One moment your seeing two kids a day the next, everyone is knocking on my door. The wave is never ending… but I guess I have no choice in the matter, the last thing I want is to contract whatever everyone else has. Here you go good as new, hopefully the next person isn't a tummy ache." Nurse Susan sarcastically laughed as the next student walked into her office grabbing his belly.
'Poor nurse Susan.. looks like she's about to lose it.' Everest though to herself as she walked away from the door. The donut truck owner walked out of the principle's office frustrated and stumped his way towards the exit right passed the gymnasium. As he approached the door it was forced open with by the shooter, this time he covered his face with a red scarf.
The donut man got to his feet and ran towards the gym with the shooter stocking him. He rushed after the dodge balls and started to throw them at his attacker while yelling. "What do you want from me!!" The big bodied shooter blocked and knocked away the balls as he pulled out the bluster and began to shoot each ball that headed towards him. Cornered at the basketball coat with nowhere else to go, the shooter aimed the bluster at him and fired an intense cloud of smoke filled the area. As it cleared up, the shooter was shocked to see a large green crystal shielding the man.
Well, well, well. You citties started to have fun without me. I'm truly offended. Oh and incase you've been keeping tabs, I'm the life of Crystal, but you can call me Crystal Claw! Gwen's petrosapien form said as it stood by the gym exit. With a much muscular body standing at seven feet five, with pink glowing eyes, a fogy emrald green crystal head and arms, along with two popping out of her shoulder blades. She had on a blue hair pin on her head above her right eye and the rest of her body being clothed in a skin tight suit that was split down the middle.. blue on the right and white on the left.
Crystal Claw morphed her right arm into a shield inorder block the blust from the ray gun! Just as I suspected. That weapon doesn't fire out a lazer. Which means it's a fancy alien energy bluster. My guess is that it super heats the air as you blust at something. Causing an explotion upon impact. It's more of a gun than a lazer. Crystal Claw said as she struck the ground with her left hand, causing a large crystal to shoot out the ground below the aggresser and this sent the shooter flying.
She raced after him as he got to his feet. Reaching into his coat he pulled out something greesy before tossing it at Crystal Claw, who slipped on it and fell to the ground. Damn it! You sneaky creep. Can't you see I'm trying to avoid causing as much damage as possible. Crystal Claw then fired out some crystals from her hands and knocked the bluster away! The donut store owner rushed to grab the weapon and the shooter saw this as an act of war, he pulled out a knife and ran after him. Crystal Claw jumped infrot of the attacker as he slashed forward!
The knife bounced off her body embarrassingly and she sent him flying towards the wall with a kick with powerful uppercut! Well that takes care of that. Now who are you underneath all that? I've got a pretty good guess. Crystal Claw said as she tried to go after him, but his body was then covered by a blue mechamorph suit of amor. With an enlarged fist, Crystal Claw was sent flying with an upercut to the lower jaw and she crushed into the basketball board!
The shooter looked around from the donut guy, but he was long gone. With a bright burst of red light Gwen transformed back into her human form and crawed out the rubble, only find nobody. "Well that was a complete waist of ti… wait a minute, what is that?" She complained to herself, but stopped the second she spotted what the shooter had tossed at her, laying on the floor. It was a pair of greesy rubber gloves.
