Flight is probably the first thing you would think of when thinking of superpowers, the ability has a couple of ideas on how it works,
For example being able to "push off" any surface which would include atoms or "air" or having wings is another way someone could fly.
Some ways these ability's could be used in everyday life would be travel of course, being able to fly to work and not deal with traffic or just being too tired to move.
Now some ways they could be used offensively would be to speed yourself up using your flight and use that momentum to add force to a punch.
Now for defense, if someone had the wings version of flight then if following some reality the wing would be HUGE and the bones I'm guessing wouldn't be hollow meaning you could encompass yourself with them to make a sort of shield.
