I got up from the rubble I was sitting in, okay, time to get stronger so i don't die like some fodder.
I slipped the rusty sword and stale loaf of bread back into my inventory (100 slots open) and took in the scene. The sun beamed down, turning every scrap of metal into a glittering hazard. A distant clang, metal on metal, echoed as scavengers hammered apart rusted carts for parts. The air reeked of smog and rot, and trash carpeted every inch of ground.
What struck me most were the people who seemed more like, vultures in human form, fighting over scraps. I watched two men grapple over a tarnished necklace, fists flew, knuckles split, and crimson droplets of blood spattered onto the pendant before one of them ripped it free and sprinted away.
Then a loud shout cut through the chaos:
"Aceeeeeeeeeee!!!!!"
I turned just in time to see a 7-year-old Monkey D. Luffy barreling through the crowd, yelling Ace's name.
Some things never change was the first through that came to my head.
I was a big One Piece fan and knew the story to heart. watching the show had given me hope and not to stop fighting and to see the ending of One Piece. I guess i will get to see it in real time now.
He was looking for Ace and had a black shirt, red shorts, sandals, and that unmistakable straw hat. His eyes were wide with curiosity and excitement, a grin plastered across his face. He pulled the brim of his hat down tighter as he spotted Ace slipping into the trees by Mt. Corvo.
A jolt of adrenaline surged through me. My heart thundered. The clang of metal faded behind me as I took off after Luffy. My legs pumped faster than they ever had, every breath searing my lungs, every step sending sparks of thrill through my veins. I felt alive in a way I never did back in that hospital bed.
Luffy dashed toward the low forest at the base of Mt. Corvo—the trees looked dark and foreboding, home to who-knows-what beasts. I couldn't help but glance up at its jagged peaks and think, All the monsters hiding up there… all the EXP I could earn. I will be stronger than them.
But reality hit when my legs finally locked. I skidded to a stop just before the tree line, gasping for air.
"Damn, I lost him."

I looked at the huge forest in front of me, if Luffy is still running after Ace, they probably still haven't become close yet.
Meanwhile
Luffy had just heard Sabo and Ace talking about saving money to get a Pirate Ship.
"Priate Ship luffy yelled looking at Ace and Sabo at the top of the secert treasue stack on the tree.
Both Ace's and Sabo's eyes darkend and they ran down from there tree.
Luffy was tied up to tree with a big Smile on his face.
Back to Sora
I slowly approached the Forest, trying to get a gist of where Luffy had gone. I could see a little bit of the tacking now due to my tracking skill, but I still felt lost. The trees felt huge and looked the same.
Then I heard a loud scream
It's none other than Luffy screaming for his life.
He was really close, and I ran toward the noise.
My exitment died the moment I tripped over a rock and rolled right into where the bluejam priates were intergoating Luffy.
They all looked at me with shock and annoyance.
Fuck, I might be fucked.
