The crow spoke directly to the girl before it, and immediately a puff of black smoke descended upon her hand, transforming into a crow's mark that vanished beneath her skin.
The girl, Lily Clint, was about twelve or thirteen years old, with long golden hair and pale skin. She appeared to be a perfectly normal young woman at first glance.
