After finding the answers in book Lin Yuan now had overall information about the world he had reincarnated.
The continent they were located in is called Cangxuan Continent and it was divided into 5 regions; The Central Continent, Western Continent, Eastern Continent, Northern Continent and Southern Continent.
Great Zhou is situated in Southern Continent.
Then Lin Yuan recalls the realms of cultivation written in book. First was Body tempering in which cultivators absorb spirit qi by various breathing techniques and temper their overall body. But as cultivators cultivate mostly their divine soul to connect with world(heavenly dao) they do not temper their body comprehensively.
There are Martial artist who cultivate Martial dao and they cultivate their qi, essence, and spirit to the optimal condition as they do not have spirit roots and can not cultivate immortal arts.
Martial artists have comprehensive way for refining their bodies, they cultivate their bodies through qi-blood energy that is energy produced by their blood.
First is Skin Tempering where whole Skin on the body is cultivated. And it has Stone skin, Iron skin, Copper skin, Golden skin and Jade skin.
Then comes Muscle refining where qi-blood energy thoroughly tempers the muscles of the body and it is also divided into Stone, Iron, Copper, Golden and Jade body.
After that is Bone tempering where qi-blood energy tempers bone by destruction and creation and it is a long process as one cannot destroy all their bones at a time as they can not survive so martial artists temper their bone parts by parts. It is divided into Iron bone, Copper bone as for any other division the book did not mention it.
"As the previous realms had Golden and Jade division, bone tempering must also have them but since they are not mentioned maybe they are very rare to accomplish that". Lin Yuan thought after reading the book.
Finally there is Organ refining and Rebirth realm. In organ refining martial artists refine their internal organs which gives rise to inner energy. The concept of organ refining is to refine the five organs which represents the five elements that are : Liver (wood), Heart (fire), Spleen (earth), Lungs (metal), Kidney(water).
After refining the organs to optimum condition one can gain divine power which can rivals some immortal cultivators in their early stages.
In Rebirth realm martial artists with their inner energy and with the help of heaven and earth treasures completely refine their blood and marrow to the point where qi-blood energy materializes on their body in the form of armours Or they can use them to create weapon such as sword, spear, saber etc.
The book only have Martial artist realm as the village chief was not an immortal cultivator.
