Seeing Eden's reaction, Elysia let out a playful sigh, then said something very in-character:

"Hm?" Eden finally started to catch on. "You mean what I said earlier…"

After their brief chat, Elysia continued the story.
In the game, Elysia smoothly deleted her weight record and, looking fabulous, headed to the MOTH staff cafeteria.
On the way, she greeted everyone enthusiastically—whether she knew them or not.
An absolute extrovert.
The players, seeing this, let go of the weight joke from earlier and instead sighed at how good Elysia was at making people happy. A girl this gorgeous and this good at compliments couldn't possibly exist in real life…
Well, Miss Elf apparently does exist.
And that made everyone very, very happy.
To meet such a wonderful Miss Elf in the game, and to have such a wonderful streamer outside of it—

After finishing breakfast at the cafeteria, Elysia took a short break, then headed to the training room to begin her daily exercises.
The familiar battle segment.
Players were used to it by now. Controlling the character, they quickly defeated the Honkai Beasts—some even considered marking it as [Very Easy].
And in-game Elysia, as if reading their minds, adorably placed her hands on her hips.
"All done~ Easy peasy."
"For this training report, I'll mark it [Very Easy]!"
[I was just thinking of choosing 'Very Easy,' and Elysia thought the same.]

Just then, a man with gray-blue hair in the game spoke up to complain about Elysia.
"You're still marking it [Very Easy]? Didn't getting sent to re-education teach you anything?"
Hearing that, Elysia turned to him and flashed a sweet smile: "Morning, Ato."
Players saw the name and instantly made the connection—Ato was Griseo's father.
"Can't help it~ That's really how I feel. Isn't MOTH's organizational value about 'speaking your mind'? I've been faithfully following that~"
Then why are all the Thirteen Flame-Chasers such cryptic riddlers?
Ato could only sigh at her response.
Instead of continuing the topic, he changed gears and brought up a rumor.
Apparently, a strange guy recently joined MOTH—his reason for enlisting? His little girlfriend.

Clearly, Elysia had taken an interest in this "sidekick."
Coincidentally, MOTH was holding a welcome party that evening, so she decided to dress up and go find the "sidekick."
Scene cuts to her room.
Elysia stood in front of the mirror, selecting a dress for the banquet.
Suddenly, Mobius pounded angrily on her door.
"E! L! Y! S! I! A!"
"Ah, Doctor Mobius~ Your dark circles seem even worse than two days ago. You really need more rest~"
"Stop putting weird things in my wardrobe—!"
Mobius simply threw a pile of clothes into the room and slammed the door shut.
And upon seeing the pile of clothes Mobius had tossed in, Elysia made her decision on what to wear that night—
A pink maid outfit.
Faced with this little incident—
Some players discussed the Big Snake, others wondered if Elysia's maid dress was a new skin, and still others talked about how Elysia had tried to get Mobius to wear a pink maid outfit.
Meanwhile, Eden beside them couldn't help but smile softly.
Because this actually happened in real life.
Elysia had really wanted Mobius to wear a pink dress, and worked hard to make it happen.
So watching this scene now gave her a special sense of closeness.

Back to the plot.
Elysia, dressed in a maid outfit, attended the MOTH banquet.
She wandered through the crowd, searching for a certain "sidekick."
She found him, but not without incident.
She bumped into Kevin at the banquet—their first meeting.
Because Elysia had been looking left and right, she accidentally collided with Kevin.
"Whoa, careful!"
"Eh!? Ah… sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going and ran into you."
"N-no… it's my fault. I shouldn't have been standing here in the way."
With his years of basketball experience, Kevin caught the wine glass Elysia dropped with lightning reflexes.
And he spoke with the kind of bright, sunny-boy voice—
Which immediately caused an uproar in the livestream chat.

Kevin, embarrassed by such straightforward compliments, scratched his head.
Seeing him act so bashful, so awkward—
Players went from being surprised… to emotionally overwhelmed.

Elysia replied: "That's right. So nostalgic~ I was such a fiery youth—though I'm still young now, of course."
"Kevin really changed a lot, huh? Back then, he still knew how to charm girls."
[Because time has stopped, he can never age again…]

Elysia and Mei both marveled at how much Kevin had changed.
They also brought up Elysia's hometown, Vostok-51, which had once been investigated by MOTH.
But MOTH found nothing—nothing that matched what they were hoping to find—so the case was labeled a "false alarm."
While Elysia and Mei didn't pay much attention to this in the plot, the players weren't going to miss such an obvious flag.
With Elysia involved? And even bringing it up herself?
There's no way it's just a red herring. The writers have to be planting something.
They were sure of it.
