After hearing the explanation of White Tiger Howl of Heaven Break, everyone was instantly dumbfounded—for one simple reason: this soul skill was just too damn powerful!

It could be used for long-range attacks, close-combat strikes, or even as a control-type soul skill. And like external spirit bones, it had the potential to grow stronger over time.

As far as soul skills went, it was practically perfect!

However, Dai Weisi knew that this soul skill still had certain flaws. The essence of White Tiger Howl of Heaven Break was, after all, sound waves.

Based on his high school physics knowledge, Dai Weisi understood that sound required a medium to travel through. If a Soul Master could create a vacuum, then this fourth soul skill would lose all effectiveness.

Moreover, if he were to battle in the sea or a river, the power of White Tiger Howl of Heaven Break would be greatly reduced.

Though sound waves travel faster in water than in air, water absorbs a significant amount of the energy contained in White Tiger Howl of Heaven Break.

So even if the attack reached the enemy faster, it would be difficult to actually cause them harm.

It's similar to sunlight—even though light travels incredibly fast, the Earth's atmosphere absorbs most of its energy, so humans don't feel any pain from it.

For that reason, Dai Weisi would need to be cautious when facing water-type Soul Masters in the future.

That said, Dai Weisi was still very satisfied with the power of this soul skill, because it was highly effective against Tang San.

Whether it was the Blue Silver Grass or the Clear Sky Hammer, neither could defend against his White Tiger Howl of Heaven Break. As long as Dai Weisi could get close to Tang San, victory was inevitable.

Even if Tang San had hidden weapons from the Tang Sect, it wouldn't make a difference—sound waves were second only to bullets in terms of speed. Dai Weisi didn't believe Tang San's weapons could be faster than a sonic blast!

"Brother-in-law, your ten-thousand-year fourth soul skill is seriously incredible!" Zhu Zhuqing couldn't help but exclaim.

Zhu Zhuyun added, "Right, Dai Weisi, what's your current soul power level now? A ten-thousand-year soul ring must have boosted your soul power quite a bit, right?"

As soon as she said that, everyone turned to look at Dai Weisi. He closed his eyes for a moment, feeling it out, then smiled and said, "My soul power is now at the peak of level forty-one. With another half a month of training, I should be able to reach level forty-two."

(Note: After Tang San absorbed his fourth soul ring, his soul power reached level 41. So for consistency, Dai Weisi's soul power is also set to increase by one level.)

Lin Qiuyang couldn't help but sigh in amazement, "As expected of a ten-thousand-year soul ring—it directly boosted your soul power by a full level."

"Alright, now that I've acquired my soul ring, let's hurry and leave this place. It's not safe to linger here. That tiger's roar just now might attract soul beasts from deep within the Star Dou Forest."

"His Highness is right. Steward Li, we must leave immediately."

"Understood! Let's move!" Li Hu quickly took the reins, and soon the carriage was racing away toward an inn on the outskirts of the Star Dou Forest.

After resting there for a day, the group began their return journey to Star Luo City. After a few hours of travel, they reached a fork in the road. The eastern path led straight through the Star Luo province and directly to Star Luo City.

But if they took the western route, they would head into the Antonio Province and arrive at Gengxin City, known as the "City of Metal."

Just as Li Hu was about to steer the carriage toward Star Luo City, Dai Weisi suddenly stopped him.

"Wait a moment, Uncle Li!"

Li Hu quickly pulled on the reins, halting the carriage, then turned around and asked, "Your Highness, do you have new instructions?"

Dai Weisi looked at everyone and said, "Zhuyun, Uncle Li, you two head back to Star Luo City first. I need to make a trip to Gengxin City."

"Huh?" Zhu Zhuyun scratched her head, puzzled. "Dai Weisi, why are you going to Gengxin City?"

"The Blacksmith Association is located there. I have some matters to discuss with them. But don't worry—at the earliest, I'll be back in a month or two, and at the latest, within half a year."

As he spoke, Dai Weisi turned to Li Hu and said, "Uncle Li, could I trouble you to escort Zhuyun and Dean Lin back first?"

"No, no, absolutely not!"

Li Hu waved his hands repeatedly.

"Your Highness, it's still nearly a ten-day journey to Gengxin City. The road is long, and we can't guarantee there won't be any accidents. For safety's sake, it's best if I accompany you."

Right now, he wouldn't dare let Dai Weisi act alone again. Though he didn't believe anything would happen to him, he absolutely didn't want to experience the feeling of his family's names flickering on the Book of Life and Death ever again.

In short, wherever Dai Weisi went, he would follow—even if Dai Weisi wanted to go to the latrine, he'd be standing guard outside the door, afraid this royal highness might accidentally fall in!

Lin Qiuyang also spoke up, "Steward Li is right, Your Highness. You are the future hope of the Star Luo Empire. We can't afford to take any chances. Let Steward Li go with you—I will escort the two princesses back."

"Alright then." Dai Weisi didn't insist any further. He smiled at the two women and said, "Zhuyun, little Zhuqing, once you get back, make sure you keep up your training!"

"Mhm, I will. You be careful too, Dai Weisi."

"Brother-in-law, I'll be waiting for your return in Star Luo City!"

"Good. We'll see each other soon."

With that, Dai Weisi got off the carriage and set out on foot for Gengxin City with Li Hu. Inside his soul tool ring, he carried a substantial amount of black gunpowder. This journey was all about recreating the firearms he remembered from his past life.

If successful, even in the face of conflict with the Spirit Hall, Dai Weisi would finally have the power to protect himself.

The two of them purchased a carriage from a nearby horse farm and traveled day and night toward Gengxin City. Despite moving at top speed, it still took nearly ten full days to arrive.

Though Gengxin City bore the title "City of Metal," it wasn't particularly famous on the continent. It couldn't compare with the two imperial capitals—Heaven Dou City or Star Luo City—and even fell short of cities like Soto or Silvis.

While the Blacksmith Association was indeed located within the city, the status of blacksmiths was no higher than that of commoners, and certainly not comparable to Soul Masters.

As Dai Weisi stepped out of the carriage and approached the gates of Gengxin City, he could already see the towering city walls in the distance.

The walls of Gengxin City were an iron-gray color, seemingly forged from solid metal. Though they hadn't even entered yet, there was already a faint aura of metal in the air.

"We're finally here. If I can recreate firearms from my previous life, Star Luo's military strength will rise to a whole new level!" Dai Weisi said confidently, a smile on his face. Firearms, after all, were surely more powerful than hidden weapons.

As he gazed out the window at the scenery, Dai Weisi chuckled, "Uncle Li, let's enter the city and head straight for the Blacksmith Association!"

"Yes, Your Highness!"

Li Hu drove the carriage forward. As soon as he presented the White Tiger Token, the guards at the city gate immediately stood aside, not daring to stop them.

This was the Star Luo Empire. Who would dare block the carriage of a royal prince?

After entering Gengxin City, Dai Weisi didn't spare a glance at the urban scenery. Instead, he headed straight for the Blacksmith Association.

About twenty minutes later, a massive building appeared before him.

Looking up, the towering structure stood at least thirty meters tall and spanned a vast area. To occupy such a central location in the heart of the city spoke volumes about its importance.

Suspended at the top of the building was a dark iron plaque. There were no words on it—only two raised symbols: a hammer and a chisel.

"Your Highness, this is the Blacksmith Association," Li Hu explained.

In his younger days, he had traveled across most of the continent. There were few places in the Star Luo Empire he hadn't visited, and he had naturally been to Gengxin City before.

"There are tens of thousands of blacksmiths in Gengxin City, but only those with exceptional forging skills are qualified to join the Association. And the current president of the Blacksmith Association is none other than Master Lou Gao, one of the legendary Three Divine Blacksmiths!"
