Chapter 3 - Chapter Three: First Blood

The sky turned crimson, the wind howled, and the city fell silent...

Musayuki stood amid the ruins, his cloak dancing like a living shadow.

Behind him, Hana's eyes gleamed with fear—not for him, but for the one he was facing.

From the opposite side, Raizen approached,

his soldiers clad in armor made of twisted light.

He didn't smile. Beside him stood a hidden demon named Kara, the traitorous servant of shadows.

Raizen:

"Where is your scepter, heir of the shadow? Have you forgotten how to fight?"

MusaYuki (in a deathly calm tone):

"Shadow needs no weapon… But you—it's time for your grave."

He slowly raised his hand…

From a trail of black smoke, the scepter materialized.

Raizen stepped back half a pace—for the first time in a thousand years, he tasted fear.

Jinro roared, shadows whirling around him like a devastating storm,

charging into Raizen's army with every step shaking the ground.

Raizen (shouting):

"Kara! Open the gate!"

Kara cast a cryptic incantation…

A portal of distorted light opened,

and from it emerged a creature forged from tormented souls:

"False Igris"

A twisted replica of an ancient Shadow Commander...

But corrupted, deformed, and groaning in eternal agony.

Hana (trembling):

"That's not Lord Igris… not truly!"

Musayuki (with chilling composure):

"Forgery of the soul… earns eternal dissolution."

He raised his scepter high,

and behind him appeared the Throne of Shadows—

a spectral black throne hovering in silence.

Raizen's soldiers fell to their knees,

the sky screamed—as though the night itself began to fear Musayuki.

Musayuki:

"Jinro… burn all that is not shadow."

The battle erupted.

Jinro clashed with the False Igris—strike for strike,

Shadows consumed the soldiers of light,

while Hana drew an ancient seal from her chest… summoning forbidden energy.

Raizen (retreating):

"This is only the beginning… I didn't come to kill you, but to remind you, heir...

The throne is not yours alone."

And with that, he vanished into blinding light.

Silence returned, smoke veiled the city once more...

Musayuki stood atop the battlefield ruins,

raised his scepter, and whispered:

"The one who betrayed us... still walks.

And the shadows… shall never forgive."
