Pirates win no hearts—this is true across all races.
They do not produce, only plunder, slaughter, and destroy. In the Caribbean Region, the people of every land and race loathe pirates bitterly, wishing nothing more than to feast on their flesh.
Pirates rule the seas, but lack popular support—this is their fatal flaw.
In the eyes of top strategists like Jia Xu, the Caribbean was a land without defenses:
Full of holes.
A fortress made of sand.
"Correct," Liu Bowen said calmly."The Caribbean is unique—easiest to breach."
Now that Great Yi has become a Sacred Court, its status strikes awe into all outer realms. Many human factions would long to submit.Due to the pirate scourge, no unified Fate Dynasty has arisen there—only chaos.
"If we send a skilled diplomat to implement vertical and horizontal diplomacy (纵横之术), we can easily win over many human factions.Occupy the land, and the pirates—no matter how many—will be as irrelevant as locusts in autumn."
"Your Majesty," said Mao Sui, stepping forward, "I volunteer to go to the Caribbean Region and win the hearts of its people, helping Great Yi take control."
A natural Strategist (纵横家), Mao Sui's eloquence had already earned Great Yi great victories.Though now part of the Ministry of Rites, he hadn't forgotten his ambition for merit.
"Very well. If you succeed and secure the Caribbean for Great Yi, you shall have a seat in the White Jade Tower (白玉楼)—a name to be praised for ten thousand generations," Yi Tianxing declared.
"Thank you, Your Majesty!" Mao Sui said excitedly."For this mission, I request to recruit talented students from the Immortal Academy, particularly from the School of Strategy, to assist me.It will both train them and accelerate our conquest."
Mao Sui is also Dean of the School of Strategy at Immortal Academy. He sees this not only as a mission, but a training opportunity for his students.
"Approved," Yi Tianxing nodded.
Strategy for the Demon Sea Region
"Within the Demon Sea, there grows a Devil Fruit Tree whose fruit can awaken mystical abilities called Devil Fruit Power," Jia Xu explained.
These fruits grant one natural comprehension of Dao Rhythms, giving them a powerful edge.
Another form of cultivation there is Haki (霸气), similar to battle energy, focusing on explosive force and destruction.
While potent, both methods still lag behind true Qi cultivation, which nurtures deeper potential.
However, Devil Fruits have a crippling weakness—their users lose power when exposed to seawater.
"If we can exploit this flaw," Jia Xu said with a grin, "we can make Devil Fruit users hesitate before facing us."
In the Demon Sea, the Navy is led by the Celestial Dragon Dynasty, while pirates form a chaotic, scattered force.
They are enemies, locked in endless conflict.
"I propose a plan to escalate their war, bleeding both sides dry," Jia Xu continued."Once they're weakened, our Sacred Army can strike with decisive force."
"Speak," Yi Tianxing said, intrigued.
"There is nothing more effective than striking at their weak point," Jia Xu replied. He then laid out his confidential plan, prompting nods of approval from the court.
Even Yi Tianxing himself nodded silently in agreement.
"Very good. This matter is yours to oversee," Yi Tianxing announced."Mobilize any resources you require. The conquest of the Demon Sea rests with you. I await good news."
Strategy for the Dead Sea Region
"The Dead Sea Region is enveloped in Undead Fog, filled with specters and spirits," said Xun Yu."Any creature that dies there becomes undead."
Ordinary life cannot survive long in this region.Even if the land is conquered, it is unsuitable for agriculture or residence.
Undead creatures do not fear death. Even if destroyed, they re-form.
"It is a tasteless meal—a chicken rib," Xun Yu concluded."Hard to swallow, harder to abandon."
But strategist Xi Zhicai offered a bold counterplan:
"Useless land can be transformed. Great Yi can build a Gateway Between Life and Death (阴阳通道)."
For years now, Great Yi had maintained trade with the Netherworld. Only one Immortal City acted as a port—clearly insufficient.
"If we conquer the Dead Sea and cover it with the Ghost Gate Feng Shui Formation,we can turn the entire region into a massive dual-world trade zone."
This would create a permanent hub between the Yang Realm (living) and the Yin Realm (dead).
"Indeed," said Jiang Ni, the geomantic master."The Dead Sea is rich in Dark Yin Spirit Veins—perfect for the formation. And we've stockpiled many underworld treasures. Building the passage is easy."
However, he warned:
"We must also set up barriers to prevent underworld creatures from leaving the zone."
"Very well," Yi Tianxing agreed."Do what's needed. If the formation can win the region, it's more efficient than any army."
"But how do we pacify the Dead Sea's undead?" Yi Tianxing asked.
"I have a solution," Jiang Ni replied.
"We shall construct a Feng Shui Superformation—the Cycle of Life and Death (阴阳生死转轮大阵)."
The array will convert extreme Yin into balanced Yin-Yang,and upon activation, generate a burst of Pure Yang energy.
This temporary shift will exterminate over 90% of undead, and the rest will be easily suppressed.
The array will make the region hospitable for the living, while serving as a containment zone for the dead.
"Submit your list of needs to the Ministry of Revenue. If they lack it, go to the Myriad Treasures Hall.If that fails, head straight to the Star-Seizing Tower," Yi Tianxing commanded.
Final Decision – The Bohai Region
With Caribbean, Demon Sea, and Dead Sea strategies in place, only Bohai remained.
"We will pause all expansion on the three regions temporarily," Yi Tianxing said."Focus our might on the Bohai Region."
"Zhuge Liang will lead the assault. He may mobilize any and all forces.Monitor the temporary regiments—those who perform exceptionally will be entered into official ranks."
With a single declaration, Yi Tianxing determined the fates of four entire realms.
"Long live the Sacred King!" the ministers cried.
Their eyes burned with excitement.
Talent Supply
"Now that we're expanding," Yi Tianxing asked,"does Great Yi have sufficient talent reserves to sustain this?
If not—how shall we fix it?"
