Chapter 1 - ch-1

"Beedrill, dodge it and counter with Twineedle!"

In a bustling park in Shuangyang City, a teenage boy was commanding his Pokémon in a fierce battle. His voice was calm, but his eyes were sharp with focus. The boy's name was Renjiro.

Soaring high above was a Pidgeotto, its wings glowing with a bright white light as it prepared to strike. With a loud screech, it dove straight at Beedrill like a bullet.

"Buzz!"

Just as the Pidgeotto was about to connect its attack, Beedrill vibrated its wings rapidly, filling the air with a harsh buzzing sound. With an elegant curve, Beedrill dodged the strike and swiftly circled behind the unsuspecting Pidgeotto. In a flash, its cold, gleaming Twineedles pierced the Pidgeotto's back.

"Piiiideeee!"

The Pidgeotto cried out in pain. Its eyes glazed over, swirling like dizzy mosquito coils, before its wings went limp, and it dropped to the ground in defeat.

A clear electronic voice rang out in Renjiro's mind.

> Ding! Your Beedrill defeated the level 20 Pidgeotto. Beedrill gained 175 experience points. Beedrill's level increased to level 19.

> You gained 35 battle points. Current battle points: 1000.

Renjiro smirked slightly, satisfied.

"Finally leveled up," he thought, hearing the system's pleasant tone in his head.

Ten days ago, Renjiro had been just an ordinary high school senior on Earth, preparing for his college entrance exams. But everything changed in an instant. While reading the Pokémon Special manga, an inexplicable force had pulled him into another world.

This world was called Blue Water Planet. Its continents and countries mirrored Earth's layout, but the planet itself was two to three times larger. What truly set it apart was the existence of Pokémon—creatures that didn't exist on Earth.

In this world, Pokémon weren't just fantasy creatures. They played crucial roles in daily life: helping with construction, fighting fires, assisting in hospitals, and more. Naturally, this led to the rise of a prestigious profession: Pokémon Trainer.

Powerful trainers were highly respected, some even seen as walking nuclear weapons for their nations.

In these ten days, Renjiro had learned a lot about this world. Its understanding of Pokémon was still in its early stages. Many discoveries from his past life's world—like Sylveon, Mega Evolutions, or certain artificial Pokémon—were unheard of here. The known species list was much smaller, and much about Pokémon evolution, abilities, and potential was still a mystery to the people.

Today's battle had drawn quite the crowd, and chatter erupted among the onlookers.

"Unbelievable! That Bug-type actually beat a Flying-type!"

"And the Pidgeotto was two levels higher! It got taken out in one move!"

"I didn't think a Bug Pokémon could be this powerful..."

Renjiro heard their amazement and couldn't help but smile inwardly. Of course they didn't understand. His Beedrill wasn't a normal Beedrill.

"System, open status panel," Renjiro commanded silently.

The familiar panel appeared before his eyes:

This system—Rocket Creation System—was his cheat code in this world. Its purpose was simple: help him create Team Rocket in this world.

The Beedrill and the Viridian Power were the system's starter gifts, modeled after Giovanni's own arsenal.

Its Species Strength might not match pseudo-legendaries, but its distribution was perfect. With physical attack power even greater than Mega Rayquaza's and blinding speed, this Beedrill was a monster in disguise.

Combined with its exclusive abilities, it was no wonder the Pidgeotto fell in a single strike.

Beyond this, the system offered two core features:

1️⃣ Battle Point Lottery — Winning or losing battles earned points. 10 points = 1 draw. The prizes ranged from abilities and moves to rare items.

2️⃣ Mission System — Complete tasks for valuable rewards.

Renjiro's journey had only just begun.

Beedrill buzzed down beside him, loyal and proud.

Renjiro scanned the crowd, his voice carrying over the park:

"Who's next?"

There were only seven days left until the national Pokémon College Entrance Examination. In this world where strength decided one's fate, he had to get stronger. If he wanted to create Team Rocket and rise above the rest, there was no room for complacency.

It was thanks to constant battles and intense training that Beedrill had reached level 19 in just ten days. Here, experience came not only from fights, but also from daily, grueling training. The harsher the regimen, the greater the growth.

Just as the crowd murmured amongst themselves, a clear, confident girl's voice called out from behind him:

"I'll battle you!"

Renjiro turned, intrigued.

PS: Regarding Pokémon potential, I believe every Pokémon possesses unique strength. It's up to the trainer to uncover and nurture it.
