A year had passed since the Kingdom of Hollow Beasts vanished into thin air.
Humans and beastmen alike began to discover the forgotten land where the glorious kingdom had once thrived. However, they found no ruins, nothing that could prove its existence.
Still, they knew the area had once been isolated from the rest of the world, as it was filled with vegetation and animals that should have gone extinct hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago.
Sol and Odette did not try to stop anyone from exploring the area. They were far too busy traveling from one place to another.
At the moment, they were on their way to Holy Achate.
Sol said that it was his mother's homeland, though her story there was far from a beautiful one.
In fact, his father had once wanted to raze the entire kingdom after discovering the torment Swan had endured until her leg was permanently crippled.
But Swan had stopped him, and so the kingdom continued to exist.
