Ruru turned her head at her lady and smiled, "It's only been a week since we were separated, and I'm already missing you so much, Milady. Please don't do that again, alright?"
Odette was about to cry seeing Ruru. She thought that the Masked Alpha would torture her until she was half dead the entire time, because she helped Odette run away.
Meanwhile, Sir Zircon was about to attack again with a dagger. He wanted to make sure that Odette was hurt, so he could find an opening and kill her, just like what Lady Odile told her to do.
However, the moment he threw the knife, it suddenly stopped and hovered midair.
"It's unbelievable how we could attack each other like this. We were supposed to protect Lady Odette no matter what."
Both Zircon and Odette turned their heads at the same time and saw Sir Ymir at the door. He stopped the dagger midair and let it drop to the ground.
